Refreshing with a hint of sweetness
A little smoky, but not too much
Star ★★★☆☆☆ 3,3

The sweetness spreads a little tart, and the bitterness is low and slips away easily.
There is also a pineapple flavor, and when the temperature rises, there is a nutty, mineral flavor.
First Izakaya Shinkansen with sake.
I didn't prepare it in advance like you did, so I hurriedly procured this one in the Shin-Osaka station.
Sacred has a strong flavor, so it was delicious and matched well with the strong flavor of the beef tongue bento ✨.
Hi Yoohee 😃
Izakaya 🏮 bullet train! The aroma of sake in the train was confusing at first 😅I forgot about it after one drink 😄A drink at the end of the year with a strong flavored ekiben 😆Nice 🤗.
Jay & Nobby, good evening. ⭐︎
I don't know, I don't feel guilty about beer, but I have a high hurdle for sake 💧.
I was scurrying around before opening it and once I started drinking it, it was so good it was gone quickly👍.
Slightly yellowish hue, light and smooth.
Aroma is fruity, but in small quantities
The taste is light, with the sweetness of Junmai-like rice.
As with the color and aroma, it is light and refreshing.
It can be enjoyed on its own rather than as a food sake.
It does not have much power, so it may be overpowered by strong flavored food, and is best enjoyed with light Japanese food.
It is undiluted but also has a sacred-like taste.
It's a little bouncy and the taste lingers in the mouth.
This is quite good and I would buy it again!
The second drink at the Sacred Bar was "Kaguyahime," which is very Kyoto-like.
It was fresh and sweet on the palate, so it went better with grilled white onions than sashimi.
A "sacred" store found near Nishiki Market in Kyoto.
Great cold drink when you are finally able to sit down after a long day of walking 😀.
It was slightly carbonated and went down my throat so well I didn't mind the 19% alcohol content 😅.
You can't tell the alcohol content in modern sakes. Beautiful construction.
It certainly has a strong flavor, but it is not at all cloying. It has a strong acidity and umami flavor. The dishes are very tasty and the snacks go well with them.
@Sacred Tavern
After the "Let's go to Kyoto" for the Salmon World Summit in Kyoto, we went to Sacred Bar to have a "Sacred" lunch.
I was going to have a small snack in one hand, but they said lunch only during lunch time........ I ate quite a lot of food.
My tongue was burning and my throat was burning. It was so tough.
Drank with Eddy, Grace, and Jesse at Fushimi Sake Village
Now I know a bit more about Yamamoto Honke from Jim Stewart’s book - I would love to visit the brewery someday!
A delicious sake with the sweetness characteristic of Aizan and a little boost of the strength of the original sake.
The mouthfeel is quite refreshing, and the taste lingers slowly in the mouth.
Delicious!
