I was convinced that it was Yamamoto, and it was mildly fruity.
I also felt a slight piquancy, which made me a little happy.
I don't know what color turquoise blue is, and Yamamoto is a bit of a mystery to me. But I actually like it.

Naba Shoten, which is (I think) hard to find even in Akita Prefecture.
The base is classical, fruity, and has a slightly spicy aftertaste.
Next time, I want to drink a draft sake.
**Sweet and sour
The aroma is somewhat subdued, but it has a gorgeous aroma typical of Chokaizan, with a freshness and a slight chilli. Generally, it is a sweet type of sake, but among Chokaizan wines, it is a well-balanced type. I'd like to drink a draft of this...

The first day the bottle is opened, it is slightly spicy and hard, with a pleasant slight piquancy. On the second or third day, the sweetness gradually increases, and the slight piquancy is still there. Overall, there are no peculiarities, and the rice flavor is sufficient.

The label has a cute autumn moon and a cat looking at it.
The aroma is soft and junmai-like. The aftertaste is slightly bitter. Kakuemon style. The best sweetness is on the third day after opening the bottle. After that, bitterness prevails.

On the first day of opening the bottle, I twisted my neck a bit, partly because of the image of the raw sake version. It tastes good, but I wonder if it is hardness. On the second day, the fruity taste becomes more pronounced, just like a Japanese pear. It's not too heavy, and it's easy to drink. It's also delicious enough to be cooked.

Beautiful red color, apple honey aroma, tastes almost like black cherries or maybe liqueur, this is delicious!
Slightly sweet, agave sharpness, I want to repeat it!

Repeat from last year
I don't have the skills to distinguish between the different rice varieties, but I can sense the effort that went into brewing this elegant sake. It is more balanced than sweet. Stable taste.

If it says "limited edition", you'll buy it.
It's a rich sweet, fruity aroma, pleasantly very sweet, and delicious!
I thought it was similar to Suitama Akita Sake Komachi, but I guess it's just a coincidence that they use the same sake rice. They really are very similar.
I like the taste of both.

Got it at the sake brewery's sake kuji.
The lottery ticket was 1400 yen and the selling price was about 1460 yen.
As a kuji, it's subtle...
As a sake, it is sweet, sharp, and cosy.
Sake
As recommended on the label, it is best to drink it at a slightly higher temperature: at around 10℃ it is fruity, at 5℃ it is sharp and tasty, and it is interesting to see the expression change so much. Overall, it is a little classical.

Scent of alu feeling, not as sweet as the specs, perhaps due to the sweet and sour effect. If I say it is sweet and sour, it is sweet and sour, but the alu feeling bothers me a little. A unique and interesting sake.

Gently sweet, with a good acidity, and in colors.
I like it the best in Colors.
The day before, I bought a repeat bottle of Ecru for home drinking at my favorite liquor store, but I wish I had chosen Earth...

The fourth glass was ash. The unique acidity of Shinsei resets the tongue and keeps it from getting tired of drinking. I think it is a balanced type of Colors. Delicious!
