We ordered a variety of drinks, but the most delicious was the Junmai Daiginjo, which is only available at this izakaya!
It was quite easy to drink as it had both the sweetness and spiciness of a daiginjo without the corners!
The orthodox Houou and the standard Junmai sake were also delicious 🍶.
We were also impressed with the charcoal-grilled Tamba chicken, the returned bonito, and the delicious yuba (yuba) 🐟!

After the Expo, we went to an inn near Shin-Osaka Station.
I had some of the sacred wine I bought before coming to the inn, along with some takoyaki (octopus dumplings).
It is a classic junmai ginjo.
