I know this is back and forth 😅Last Saturday, I had a craving for Mac 🍔. I had a craving for mac🍔 that day, so I stopped by Mekada Sake Shop and got 4 bottles👍I also entered the lottery for No.6 🙏.
Normally I would go for a walk in the afternoon, but I didn't have the motivation to go to ☹️ and before I knew it, it was evening...
"I'm so tired 😩" and we 😅, but we need some sashimi for tonight's feast 🤔.
Okay‼️ and we're all hip if it's a snack to drink 😆We quickly prepared it and got some great tuna sashimi and firefly squid at Asanoya, the place we go when we have to 🤗Now we can drink with peace of mind☺️
And the red one? I'm going to drink a bottle of "Shinken" from Hakudakesen, which I had bought as part of the "Let's drink something we've never had before" series. ‼️ I'll make love to you with all my heart

Junmai Daiginjo GOKUBASHIRI Nama-nihanzake, a seasonal product of Hakugakusen, a famous sake brewed by Yasumoto Shuzo in Fukui Prefecture.
I was attracted to this sake by its clear and beautiful appearance.
It is made from 40% polished rice of Gin-no-sato grown in Fukui Prefecture.
Only the arabashiri portion of the junmai daiginjo-shu, brewed to be sharp and dry, is bottled as unfiltered nama-zake. It is very fresh and full of the energy of new sake.
Gokubashiri, or Gokubashiri for short.
It boasts specifications and flavor befitting its name.
It has a pleasant, refreshing aroma reminiscent of fresh citrus fruits.
From the fresh mouthfeel with a crisp, gaseous sensation, it has a rich, clear taste with a sharp, polished spiciness as its core, and the three-dimensional acidity brings the pleasantly full aroma together. It is a gem with a clean taste and a sharp finish.

I got hooked on Hakugakusen from the old "Hakugakusen Limited Edition", but it was this "Shinkoku Nama" that got me even further into the swamp.

The aroma of rice with a hint of sourness, the feeling of gas on the tip of the tongue, the fresh and soft umami, and the soft and gentle aftertaste, and the aroma of rice that rises softly.

A cool, full rice aroma, a slight gassy feeling on the palate, and a fresh, soft, gentle umami and acidity that finishes with a refreshingly soft and gentle aftertaste.
A perfect fusion of the softness of nama-shu, the umami of junmai dry sake, and the acidity typical of "Hakugakusen"!

As we didn't have any fish to get drunk on, we had grilled beef ribs on a ceramic plate!

When I mentioned in a comment on Gyve's 500 check-in that I had never had it and would like to try it, Gyve told me that he recommended the crimson raw sake for the current season, and I immediately checked several stores. Then, I found a store less than 30 minutes away by bicycle that had "the first shipment of this season" in their stock list, so I went to buy it right away and got it! (Maybe this is correct 😅)
