This is the third pole run 🤪2025 for the record this year alone. Pears before! but once I learned to describe it as green apple, it started to feel more and more like that 😂 and the fresh sauvignon blanc aroma. Is the aroma a little milder this year? One of the best sake brands in Fukui! One of the best sake that makes me glad I came to Fukui! Summer sake is out... but it's just barely spring, isn't it? 🤣 It has a malty but elegant aroma similar to Hakuneri (Hakugakusen Jungin)! After the necessary sweetness, the sweet, sour, and bitter flavors flow like a clear stream with a beautiful effervescence! It's the kind of flavor that makes you want to drink it in gulps! This elegance...Good Echizen quailty..... I'm sure you like Hakugakusen's raw sake! I used to avoid Hakugakuzen's low alcohol seasonal sake because of its low alcohol content, but it's still delicious 🧐.

Souvenirs of my trip to Fukui (3) Purchased at Yasumoto Sake Brewery The fourth one is a label that you can put on it at Fukui Sake Brewery Aruki. Rice: Fukui Prefecture Special Cultivation District Gin-no-sato Rice polishing ratio: 50 Sake degree: +4.0 Acidity: 1.7 Alcohol content: 14 Basically, the gaseous taste is bitterness, but while it has a certain amount of gaseous taste, it is so delicious that I think it is the most ☝️ delicious sake I have had recently 🥰 I can't describe how delicious it is because I have a stupid tongue, but it is not sweet and absurdly easy to drink, although I have an image that spring sake is sweet. I almost finished the whole bottle. I want to drink it after a little bit of time 😅 Hakugaku Sen is a great one, it will be my favorite 👍.

Gohyakumangoku from Fukui Prefecture, Koji 55%/Kake 65 It has a slightly bubbly taste. It is not sweet and has a sharp bitter taste! The aroma is gentle and refreshing, and it goes down your throat nicely.
