On the way back from the Ichijodani Castle Ruins 100 Castles Tour, I stopped by Yasumoto Sake Brewery and purchased a bottle of Arashiri, which was recommended to me and will be on sale on November 6, 2012. It is a sharp, dry sake with a fresh mouthfeel, a gaseous feel, and a slight bitterness. It is delicious no matter how many glasses you drink🤤.
.
This hiya-otoshi also has a sense of maturity, but it is dry, which makes it even more refreshing and impressive to drink!
It was a perfect match with grilled fatty Akinatai fish (^^)d
The aroma was beautiful and the mouthfeel was dry. The aftertaste, or rather, the taste felt from the back of the throat after swallowing, was very different from the first time. It was different from the Hakugaku Sen I had drunk before, and it was the first time I had tasted it.

SHIRAGAKUSEN Special Junmai Cold Wholesale HIYAOROSHI 720ml
Rice:100% Gohyakumangoku produced in Fukui Prefecture
Rice Polishing Ratio : Koji Rice 55%, Kake Rice 58
Alcohol content : 15
We tried to buy it at a corner shop of Mizumoto in Fukui Station last month because it was delicious, but the shop was sold out. The first izakaya near the station didn't carry it.
When I gave up, I found it 😃.
It was clear and tasty just like the one at the corner shop. However, I was surprised to see that it suddenly opens up when it returns to room temperature.
Well, I guess this is the end of hiyaoroshi for my family 😄.
Good evening, @Mizuhashi-san!
I'm glad you were able to get the "Hiyiyakusen Hiyoshi Oroshi" without incident 😁.
I'm glad you were able to get the "Hakugakusen Hi Hiyahiroshi" 🌛.
Good morning, Gyve 😃.
Yes, for some reason it was at my usual liquor store.
I just looked at their website and it seems they have a variety of seasonal sake 😄.
If you have a chance 🫡.
This time I reached 400 check-ins: 🏳️
To commemorate this milestone, I would like to open a bottle of "that thing" and have a drink 🍶.
Hakugakuzen Misora Junmai Daiginjo Slightly Sparkling
I thought I had drunk almost all kinds of "Hakugakusen", but the newest one in the last few years is "Miku", which means "light blue like a bright and clear autumn sky" and is named after the Japanese name for the color "Miku".
[Gugumi-nomi].
The aroma of rice with a translucent sweet atmosphere, the slight carbonation that can be felt on the tongue, the slight sweetness and full flavor, the long and pleasant aftertaste, and the bitter taste at the back of the throat that lingers at the end.
Trip time: 25 seconds
[Mokkiri.]
The aroma of rice is clear and beautiful, the mouthfeel is weaker than that of a sake with a small mouthful of sake, and the slight carbonation is felt on the tip of the tongue, and while the soft sweetness of the umami is felt, the acidity is felt and it finishes with a long and pleasant aftertaste.
Both of them have a clear and clear drinking experience, and the change of umami, sweetness, and sourness in the taste is even beautiful, which is linked to the meaning of the word "gozora.
Battera from Bishamon Sushi, the only sushi restaurant in the Togo area of Fukui City where the Hakugakusen brewery is located, and sashimi of horse mackerel from the Kyoto waters.
Next 500 check in is the top brand of Miku 🤔.
Congratulations on your 400 check-ins, Jive 🎊㊗️ commemorative Hakudakesen is also a wonderful selection. It looks and means neat and elegant. I am sure it is linked to your personality. I look forward to seeing more of your work. ❣️
Hi Jive 😃.
Congratulations on reaching 400 check-ins ✅🎉.
I'm really interested in junmai daiginjo with a slight sparkle 😋.
It's not easy to get Fukui sake 🍶 here, but I would love to try it: ‼️
Thank you Majaive for everything 👍Congratulations on your 400 check-ins 🎉I've never had Hakudakesen but it looks delicious 😋 and comparing drinks sounds like fun 👀.

I've been thinking about drinking Hakugaku Sen, but haven't gotten around to it 😅.
It's time to join mahjong 🀄.
Congratulations on your 400 check-ins, Jive: ㊗️🎉🎉🎉!
I've never had Hakugaku Sen, but your review made it sound delicious 😊.
I've added it to my list of upcoming drinks 😆.
Gyve, congratulations on your 400 check-ins㊗️🎉🎊Here it is - the Hakugakusen ✨ that was available for the commemorative sake is fresh, clean and refreshing! I'm sure it's something like that 🤔I'd love to drink it again if I come across it somewhere 😊.
Hi Gyve, hi there.
Congratulations on your 400 check-ins 🎉.
Speaking of milestones for you, Gyve, it's Mr. Hakudakesen 😁.
I enjoy your posts with nice photos 🎵.

Congratulations on your 400 check-in at ㊗️㊗️㊗️㊗️ 😄🎉I would love to go to Hokuriku to see the sky 🥹 but it's not convenient for me 😭.
Congratulations on your 400 check-ins, Jive! ㊗️🎊🎉㊗️
A celebration sake full of local love with local delicacies is an irresistible feast! ☺️
I wish I could establish my own style of drinking like you do 😊.
Gyve, congratulations on your 400 check-ins 🎊Congratulations on your regular local love 💕 of Hakudakesen and your local Battella, nice to see your Kiri number 😆Both the sake photos and the entrée always look delicious and I look forward to seeing them 😊.
Jive-san㊗️400🎉Congratulations on ❗️ and on your fascinating pairing✨I would love to try the special Hakugaku Sen once! I was impressed with Hakugaku Sen as my first dry sake, and it was the sake that taught me how to make good dry sake, so I'd like to try it again 🥰.
Good evening, Gyve 😃.
Congratulations on your 400 CI 🎉㊗️
I've only had Hakugaku Sen❣️ pole run, but it was so good I had to repeat it 😋.
I'd love to try different brands if you come across them 😃.
Pairings are also tempting 🐟🍣😍
Good morning, Jive 🌞.
Congratulations on your 400✅🎈🎉㊗️
Sounds like a fun way to celebrate with your favorite Biryaksen 😄.
I'll look for Biratakesen when I get a chance too 🫡.
Congratulations on your 400 check-ins, Jive: 🎉🎉🎉🎉
It's great to see you move up the ranks as you rack up the kilil numbers ✨I'm amazed at the number of check-ins you've had over the past year and how polite you've been 😳👍✨.
Thank you for your comment, HinaHanaMama 🙇.
I selected "Hakugakusen" as my number one sake 😁.
Aside from myself, it tasted well with the beautiful image of "Miku" ✨.
Thank you for your comment, Muro🙇.
I see from your post on Sake-no-wa that "Hakugakusen" is not so common outside of Fukui 💦.
Personally, I think it's one of the top two brands in Fukui, so if you see it, please try it ✨.
Thanks for the comment, Noodle Drink King 🙇.
I've been drinking a lot lately because my stock hasn't been dwindling 🤣.
I can ship "Hakudakesen" anytime and will send it together with "Echizenmisaki" 😁.
Thank you for your comment, kino.
It's a little bit minor brand in Fukui, but I personally recommend it.
I will be quietly participating in Mahjong, so please come and join us too ✨.
Thank you for your comment, Hiro 🙇.
I'm glad you are interested in Hakugakusen as well 😁.
It is characterized by its acidity, but I recommend "Junmai Ginjo Shinben Nama Shu" with grilled meat in the coming season 😋.
Thank you for your comment, Tsubu 🙇.
I was in a hurry to stock up as the anniversary post was imminent 🤣.
It was described as "dry and refreshing" on a certain distribution site, but it had a soft mouthfeel with the freshness of nama-zake!
Thank you for your comment, ma-ki🙇.
I'm trying to convey the charm of sake as much as possible in a limited space due to various restrictions 😁.
I heard that "Hakugakusen" is only slightly distributed in Kansai ✨.
Thanks for your comments, Jay & Nobby 🙇.
We are warming up to the idea of introducing the store in anticipation of your visit to the Hokuriku area 🤣.
We are happy to ship locally if you wish ✨
Thank you for your comment, Aladdin 🙇.
I always refer to Aladdin's thoughts on sake 😁.
I'm thinking about how to choose the best sake for the sake brewery and the region as a whole ✨.
Thank you for your comment, Nemuchi 🙇.
I am promoting "Hakugakusen" as a way of sending out the information I can and my own preferences 🤣.
I choose my food based on the idea that local sake is originally enjoyed with local snacks ✨.
Thank you for your comment, Pekho 🙇.
We decided to pair it with food from a restaurant in the area where the brewery is located, as we thought it would be a local pairing 😁.
The acidity in the dry flavor enhances the deliciousness of the dish.
Thanks for your comment, Kotaro 🙇.
I think that the use of acidity is a good thing in common with the "Hakugakuzen" sake that I have drunk in the past 😁.
In a way, I might be getting off on drinking "Hakugakuzen"!
Thank you @Mizuhashi for your comment 🙇.
I chose "Hakugakusen" as my favorite brewery for the commemorative number 😁.
Mizumoto in Fukui station is selling it ✨.
Good evening, Pon!
I think that "Rokou" and "Nurekasu" are higher in "Hakugakusen" than "Miku", but the timing of the release of "Hakugakusen" made them go back and forth 😁.
Congratulations Gyve on your 400 check-in: ㊗️🎉Biratakesen only has a trip time of 25 seconds in the sky! It's still a beautiful drink with a beautiful aftertaste😊Jaive's expression is so beautiful that I feel like I'm tasting it too and I'm enraptured💕.
Good morning, Gyve 😃.
Congratulations on your 400 check-ins 🎊㊗️ It's a local Fukui sake 😍 I've never had Hakugakusen but after seeing your post I'm tempted to drink it 😁.
Thank you for your comment, Maechen 🙇.
I'm not sure when to drink unless it's an anniversary, so I took the plunge and went all out 😁.
Next time I plan to open an even better one, but I'm not sure if I can afford it✨.
Thank you for your comment, Hirupeko 🙇.
The length of the lingering lines were comparable to those of "Road Thinking" and "Wet Crow," but then again, the former may have been deeper ✨.
But I think the former might be deeper than the latter 💦.
Thanks for your comment, Ao-chan 🙇.
I'd like to commemorate the anniversary with Fukui sake since I haven't made many posts yet 😁.
I'm wondering if I should choose "Hakugaku Sen" as the sake for the next offline meeting, so I'm planning a survey in advance ✨.
Jive, I'm late, but congratulations on your 400 check-ins🎉🎉🎉🎉
A local love-filled Kiri number celebration🎊㊗️ I really wanted to drink this drink after seeing your review 😋.
Gyve, I know I'm late, but congratulations on your 400 check-ins 🎉🎊.
I've never seen Kochira before even in Hakugakusen 😳Small bubbly delicious 😋Love the local love 🥰 together with the local Battera 👍.
Thank you for your comment, tomo🙇.
I heard that "Hakugaku Sen" is not so common outside of the prefecture, but I personally think that the balance of its characteristic acidity is unique 😁.
I will bring it to you if I have the chance ✨
Thank you for your comment, bouken 🙇.
I think "Miku" is a new product that has been on the market since the previous year, so it may not be well known yet 😁.
I'm considering bringing it to the upcoming offline meeting ✨
Congratulations on your 400 check-ins, Jive! ㊗️
You brought the best combination of Fukui's sake and Fukui's appetizers to the number 👍.
We look forward to more sake activities in the future!
Let's drink together again 🍶.
Thank you for your comment, Maru 🙇.
I've been thinking about the best combination of sake and food that goes well with sake 😁.
I still have more sake to drink and izakayas to visit, so let's drink again when I go to Kansai for sake activities✨.
It is named "Natsumushi" (summer insect), which means it has a light and refreshing flavor suitable for summer. It is not too sweet and not too dry. It is as easy to drink as water, but can also be described as tasteless like water. However, it is named Natsumushi because it is meant to be drunk as lightly as water, and to seek depth in this type of seasonal sake would be to expose the ignorance of the drinker.
