This SDGs-like project started under the auspices of the Kobe Shimbun. The number of participating breweries has been increasing every year, and in 2012, seven varieties were released: Ozeki, Sakura Masamune, Fukuju, Morinori, Fukyu-Nishiki, Banshu Ikkou, and Shirasagi-no Shiro. I think this is the first time for Sakura Masamune. It has a slightly aged feel, but unlike the dry image of Sakura Masamune, it has a slightly sweet taste and a gentle mouthfeel. After this, we went to a certain liquor store in Motomachi, but they didn't have the sake we were looking for, and they were selling Jyushiyo at a pre-purchase price, so we left 💦. Finally, we saw the Kobe Hankyu and split up. Thank you Yoohee-san for buying us all kinds of sake in Nagasaki😻😻

Good evening bouken🍶. I drank Sogape's Numeroan the other day, which is a No.1 yeast, but it has a ripe and sweet taste, doesn't it? Is this ring also Sakura Masamune and is it No.1 yeast? I was wondering since the flavors seem to be similar.

Good evening, Mr. Matsuchiyo. Sakura Masamune has a big sign on their products using No.1 yeast, so I think it's probably not No.1 yeast 🤔. I looked it up and it's supposed to be a -4 sake, so I guess it's sweeter than Sakura Masamune 😊.

Thank you for accompanying me the other day, bouken-san♪ It was my first time to drink Kan, and only Sakura Masamune caught my attention with its stylish bottle 👀. I see it's still sweet 💡. Too bad about the pre-priced Jyushiyo 💧.

Yoohee-san, thanks for your help the other day 🙋. I have the impression that it was almost spicy except for the daiginjo type 🤔 I think it would have been even better if it wasn't so spicy 😅. I think it would have been even better if it wasn't 😅 I was going to buy some Tomikunishiki there but I lost interest when I saw the Jyushidai 🤣.
