After a delicious drink 🍶 at a corner bar during the day I went for a walk home in a good mood... 🤗 On the way home, we stopped by 🌸Sakura Masamune's brewery. I visited the Sakura Masamune brewery on the way home... ✨ Memorandum Alcohol content: 13%. Rice polishing ratio: 50 Ingredients: Rice, domestic rice Koji, domestic rice ーーーーーー The most prominent place is "Association No.1 Yeast" ✨'s 🍶‼️ If you look at the description in the store... It seems to be a brand of yeast that was recognized as the best yeast in Japan 🇯🇵 by the government in the Meiji Era. It's a brand of yeast that was recognized by the government in the Meiji Era as the best yeast in Japan ✨. It was recently revived for the first time in about 60 years. I had to buy it... ☺️ and drink it at home! It has a deep taste and a certain sharpness. It's a completely different type from the Daigin I've had so far😅. The aftertaste is also very mild 😅... Hmmm🤔🤔 I wonder what the difference of yeast is 📖. It was a content: ❗️

takeshon said it was empty in 2 minutes, but I opened it on Sunday and still have half of it left😅. I had to drink it because it's the brewery that originated the No.1 yeast. It has a slight sweetness and a unique flavor. It has a slight sourness to it. It's not like a Junmai Daiginjo, but it's light and easy to drink.

Good evening, bouken-san. ⭐︎ I had heard that Sakura Masamune was the #1 yeast, but I didn't know that they still serve something using it💧. After reading your review, I was wondering if there was any point in making it a Junmai Daiginjo💦.

Good evening, Mr. Yoohee 😃. The official list shows that there are also honjozo and junmai sake 😅. I wonder if the reason why it doesn't look like Daigin is to differentiate the taste since there are variations of Daiginjos? You can buy it in 1 gou bottles at Yamaya, so please try it lol

Sake made with red rice. Purchased at the brewery. It is easy to drink with low alcohol content, but the base flavor is pretty classic, light and dry. It is light and easy to drink, so it is not suitable for drinking on the rocks or with soda.

After leaving Kikumasamune, the rain cloud radar shows a linear precipitation zone 🙀. I didn't have an umbrella and it looked like I wouldn't make it to the station in time, so I ran into Sakura Masamune 😁. Now I think I should have gone to Hamafukutsuru Ginjo Kobo next door 😅I like Hamafukutsuru better. I like Hamafukutsuru. I had this one. It was like a summer sake. It was a refreshingly light and dry type. I bought a small bottle and went home because it would have been bad to go home after just taking shelter from the rain and tasting.
