Tasted Sawanotsuru Junmai Hara Sake and Koshu-brewed Umeshu (plum wine).
It was the first time for me to taste the sake. It was dry and tasted like it would go well with food.
The latter was very sweet with almost no sugar. It has a refreshing aftertaste.
Slightly carbonated and slightly sweet. Very easy to drink.
It seems to go well with sweet food or meat and potatoes.
Since it is slightly carbonated, it has a nice aroma that goes through the nostrils.
It is good to mix it properly because koji will accumulate at the bottom.
I chose the one with a refreshing cider-like taste. When I think of dry sake, I imagine a stimulating sensation like chili peppers, but this is not the case with dry sake. As soon as I put it in my mouth, I could feel the flavor of rice in my mouth. It was delicious...
I attended a sake tasting with a friend, and the first sip of this sake brought a fruity sweetness to my mouth. I have a bad habit of reflexively straightening my collar when I hear the word "sake," but this was easy to drink. My friend said it was the perfect sake to give to girls. I want to keep it at home.
I was attracted by the pattern and bought it. It seems to be a local sake from Takahashi City, and this size is a special order. It's a gift for my tired future self ('-')╮ =͟͟͞🎁🎁 I'm curious about the taste.
A very easy to drink bottle. From the moment you take it in your mouth to the moment you swallow it, it doesn't have the spiciness that is characteristic of sake, which I have yet to overcome, it's just a soft, fluffy sweetness and aroma that is there. It was a sake that made me want to drink it again.
