Kangiku brews this super-limited Occasional Series only once a year.
The sweetness is outstanding, and even though the alcohol content is 15%, it doesn't feel like alcohol at all.
It seems to contain carbon dioxide gas from fermentation.
It is true that when you put it in your mouth, it makes your tongue a little numb.
