Aroma: mild, alcoholic, apple, banana
My husband bought it from a liquor store that recommended it to us.
I think it has over 300 colors. At first, it was served cold.
I was surprised at the taste. It has a strong acidity? Dry.
If you like sake, you will like it.
Then, I thought it should be heated up, so I tried heating it up.
。。。。 Unfortunately, it was not my favorite.
I didn't even drink a single gouge to preserve my liver. 🙇♀️🙏.
Maybe if you like it, you will like it. 🤗

Yesterday, I went to a sake tasting at Keio Department Store and found that it was not the sake I was looking for, but sake is an encounter!
I was looking for a different sake than the one I was looking for, but sake is about encounters, and I was happy to try this one from the Kikumori brewery in Iwate.
I bought a bottle of Kikumori Junmai Sake Toyonishiki 55 Aki-agari, brewed by Iwate's Kikumori Shuzo.
I tried it today at room temperature, and it tasted much better than when I drank it at the store!
It tastes much better than when I drank it at the store! Yes, it is delicious!
It has a deep flavor! It reminds me a little of Tamagawa in Kyoto, but not as heavy.
It's not that heavy, but it's not that heavy. I've found another sake I can't live without ✨.
It's a label that's too much to aim for...but I asked for a label whiz here.
Cab Driver's there.
Juicy and just the right weight and firmness.
Powerful, but surprisingly tasty.

I imagined the rough taste from the label, but it was a bit peculiar but easy to drink.
This sake is a prayer for the revival of Iwate Prefecture's naked festival "Somin Matsuri," but today I wish not only for Somin Matsuri but for the restoration of the daily life of all people.
This junmai sake is made with locally grown contract rice "Kame-no-o" (55% polished rice), No. 7 yeast, and Iwate's original "Reimei Hiraizumi" for the koji mold, and is limited to one tank of sake only.
The label reads "Meizu (maze)" after the label's designer, GUCCIMAZE.
It has the bitterness typical of Kame-no-o and is a dry food sake.
This is a heavy, robust, and satisfying bottle. It is said that the name of the brand comes from the president of Kikumori Sake Brewery's specialty (mixed martial arts).
On the first day, the bubbles were so strong that it was difficult to open the cap. On the same day, we drank it with the lees mixed in due to the strength of the fizz. The gentle sweet aroma reminded me of a sweet taste, but the fizz was so strong that it was refreshing with a slight gap.
On the second day, we had the clear supernatant with the lees settled. The sweetness of the aroma did not change, but the taste was nice and clean.
On the third day, we had the last of the wine with the lees remaining. The fizzy sensation had subsided, and the deep flavor and mild sweetness made me want to enjoy the sake on its own.
It was a nice bottle to enjoy the daily changes.
