Kikumori's label is still good. ‼️
I also like the personality of the president 😊.
This one has a great aroma: ✌🏻
It's a little different and easier to drink than usual 👍🏻😋
Even people who don't like Yamahai can enjoy it 🍶😊✨👍🏻✌🏻
And the "Peasant Dance" on the right: 👨🌾
The top aroma has a hint of acidity.
In the mouth, the sweetness is quite subdued, with a slightly matured flavor and acidity like that of Shaoxing sake.
It has the flavor and acidity of aged Hanaboe or Okura Yamahai, but easier to drink...but only perverted sake lovers would understand that 😅.
The label is impressive here too 😄✨.
Rikuwa 132 used 🌾.
I didn't know there was such a yeast as Giovanni's Research ‼️
I think I'm sleeping on this one too 💤.

The seventh and closing sake at Chirori's tonight.
Unlike the flirtatious image on the label, this sake has almost none of the shwashiness of the raw sake, but is a dry, robust sake 😋.
This is my third encounter with this brewery's sake, including the previous one, and again the label is a surprise 😃.
