I had missed out on buying this when it was released in February, but Kotaro told me about a store that had it in stock and I got it 😊.
Let's start with the top clear.
It is refreshing with a hint of acidity similar to that of the clear sake Kifotsuru.
When I stirred it, it lightly shrieked in the bottle 🫧.
The top aroma is slightly sweet with a hint of rice.
When you put it in your mouth, the milky nigori flavor is in full bloom.
The sweetness is just right and refreshing.
There is a little roughness from the rice, but I think it would be even better if it were strained more smoothly 🤔.
It was also delicious when heated by lentil warming, which increased the sweetness and milkyness 🍶.
I would like to buy it again next year.

Well, the first bottle of the New Year is Hato Masamune's zodiac sign bottle 🕊🐍.
Sake made with Hana Motto🌾🍶.
The top aroma is slightly sweet.
In the mouth, it has the soft sweetness of Hana Soui with a crisp finish typical of Aomori sake.
This year's zodiac bottle has a sense of transparency, perhaps because it does not have the roughness of new sake.

The zodiac bottles are also accompanied by the taste, so next year 😉. もよもよShinanotsuru is a brand from Nagano, and the price is somehow kept down by limiting the number of labels. This one is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake.
I think I felt the apple most when I drank it. It is quite dark and heavy, and may be a bit strong for those who are not used to sake. Since it is an unfiltered, unfiltered, raw sake, it was a direct match in terms of its strong flavor. It is fruity and certainly delicious.
It is delicious, but given the intensity, I would quite recommend drinking it on the rocks. 原田特別純米酒 無濾過生原酒特別純米原酒生酒無濾過 もよもよAfter talking to a liquor store, I bought this sake because it was their top choice. I opened the package with high expectations, partly because I happened to have seen it on SNS.
After opening the bottle, it had a nice aroma and tasted fruity and rich because it was an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. It tasted almost like a strawberry flavor. It is quite sweet.
It was a delicious sake recommended by the liquor store. Hatsumomiji is a brand I have never heard of, but I may buy it if I see it in the future.
