This is "KURABITO from KOKUZEI" from Kikumori Sake Brewery in Kitakami City, Iwate Prefecture.
Please forgive the scratches on the label🙇.
Kikumori is a brewery that makes pure rice sake from 100% Iwate rice.
They are famous for "Taxi Driver" and although their sake looks sharp, it is very serious inside 🤣.
This man, whose eyes are looking at you from a very different angle, is Mr. Tadatsu, a brewer at Shirasugi Brewery in Kyoto!
This is a collaboration label created by the 5th generation of Kikumori and Mr. Tadatsu's enthusiasm and groove 😎.
The name of the brand comes from Mr. Tadatsu's career as a former IRS official turned brewer at Shirasugi Shuzo 😳.
The appearance is a mist white color with a bit of unmelted residues mixed in with the cloudy color.
When the bottle was first opened, it had a strong gas feeling 🫧.
The aroma is refreshing with a sour koji aroma and a refreshing alcohol release!
When you sip it, you first feel the mellow and firm umami of rice, and then the clean acidity spreads quickly, with a slight soft sweetness and a short aftertaste of pulling away with the acidity at the end.
On the day the bottle is opened, it has a more refreshing mouthfeel with a stronger gaseous sensation.
It is a Han sake that is tight without being dull, leaving an astringent taste on the tongue!
It was a real nigori sake, which you can't imagine from the jokey label (I mean it as a compliment 🤣)!
Thank you for the treat 🍶.

bouken-san, good evening 😄I heard from Mr. Tadatsu himself, but his point of view is not correct at his request 😅The collaboration label development of Kikumori's "Viktor-nage to Kneecross-kata-gatame" is called "Viktor business" 🤣.
