Well, the daytime heat ☀️ is getting to me 🫠.
The word "summer" on the label made me open the bottle in search of a cooler feeling.
Bourru" is a French word used for Bordeaux wine, which is made from grape juice on its way to becoming wine, and means "cloudy.
The first glass of cold sake, immediately after opening the bottle, has a minerality and a slightly salty taste. The nose and tongue are slightly sweet with a mushroom-like flavor...followed by a gentle bitterness.
The second glass, as the temperature rises, there is a slight pineapple or banana-like sweet fruitiness, a hint of malted rice... and it finishes with a refreshing acidity that lingers on the tongue. The good balance of sweet and sour taste increases the sensitivity 🥰.

Good evening, Kotori 😃.
I got the same one last summer 🤗I looked back to see what you wrote back then,
It's been a long time since I've had nigori micro carbonated! Yummmm!
It was 😆.
I'm looking forward to seeing the sake at the Kenmin Kai!
Good morning, Kotori-san: ☀️
Thanks for the Prefects' Meeting 😊It was nice to meet you 😆💕Good sake to drink on a hot day 😉.
Let's raise the sake of the Kenmin-kai...please comment on the sake 🙏🤣.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😃I was a little disappointed because I was expecting a little chili because of the plastic cap of the raw sake, but when I learned that it is a small brewery brewed by only 3 people, I could understand how hard it is to make it, which made it even more delicious 😌.
Good evening, Tsubu-chan 😊To get through the hot summer, I would like to drink every evening to restore my energy 😘🍶🍶The Tsubu-chan family is always surrounded by seasonal rare sake, I envy you 🤤.
My wife saw me fighting a battle with an army of vegetables in the fridge, and praised me as if I was a "man among men" ✨Don't praise me so much 😅.
I want a sake cellar....
Now that summer is finally in full swing, here is "Early Spring/Summer Boulleu", a summer sake despite being early spring!
It's a lightly cloudy, refreshing, slightly sparkling pineapple yogurt, and it looks like it would be a great summer sake!
It's not a summer-only sake, it's a year-round drink 😊.
Hi Hide 😃
This is a delicious and gobby blink-and-you'll-miss-it type of place 🤗.
I guess I shouldn't ❗️ with the argument that vegetables 🥬 are essential for physical health and alcohol 🍶 is essential for mental health, so both need a place = sake cellar 😅.
Nice to meet you Hide 😊Thanks for the delicious looking summer sake😍Tamitsu was my favorite too, I'll have to check out the early spring one ✅I'm also hiding from my wife and apologetically shoving sake into the fridge 🤣I'd love to have a cellar 😁.
Jaynobi 😆 Hello! I see! Vegetables are important, but so is sake, and both are important! This is a very useful opinion for the "do we really need a sake cellar in our house" debate with my wife 😊I will definitely refer to this ✨and win the sake cellar for sure 👊✨.
Nice to meet you, Nemuchii-san! Thank you😊If you like Tamitsu, I'm sure you'll like early spring too😊Please give it a try😊I'd love to buy a sake cellar someday and push a bottle of sake in there and look at it with pride 😅We'll do our best 😊✨.
Pear-like aroma and lactic acidity.
The smooth, smooth mouthfeel has a pineapple-like acidity. It is juicy and sweet, but has a clean and elegant aftertaste that does not feel heavy. It is very delicious.
This is a sake that I would like everyone to try during the summer. I think you will like it ^_^.
Highly recommended!
This is the kind of sake you want to drink in the summer, even if you have to have it ordered for you!
This is a horrible sake that a couple of us finished a four-pack in one day. The sweetness and sourness are really just right. It's so good that I was tempted to think it wasn't made just for my taste. It's so good that I was tempted to think it wasn't made just for my taste.
Bourroux in summer is the best!
Good evening, Hamu Hamu.
I am a sake lover from Mie, but this is my first time to try this sake, and I am very interested in it because your post looks so delicious 🎵.
I guess there are some sakes I like. ☺️
Good evening, ma-ki-. Thank you for your comment. I like this sake so much that I wish they would offer it year-round! It is made by the same brewery as Tamitsu, so no wonder it tastes so good! Sake from Mie is really good!
Hammu Hammu, konbanhā!
This sake is sweet and sour and more to my liking than Tamitsu🎶.
I was wondering if I should buy some the other day and gave up 😅.
I'll buy some when I have more space in my fridge😊.
Hi Eirin, good evening. If they still sell it, I'd like to buy some more too! My local distributor was already wiped out...it's so good, I can't help it! I'm so happy to see so many delicious summer sakes!
Records.
Summer sake recommended at a liquor store.
Very refreshing, with some acidity. Although it is a summer sake, it is firm and has a good flavor.
As the day goes by, it becomes a bit sweet and clingy, so I personally recommend drinking it in a No. 4 bottle.
The aroma is fruity or even floral.
There is a sense of gas.
The taste is sweet and then quickly fades away. The lees flavor comes, but it is moderate, the acidity is strong, so there is no harshness, and the bitterness in the aftertaste is moderate.
It fulfills my selfish wish to drink a light and mild nigori sake.
Rice: Koji rice: Japanese sake brewing rice, Kake rice: common rice
Polishing ratio: Koji rice 55%, Kake rice 60
Yeast : Mie yeast MK7
Alc.: 15
A summer sake from Hayakawa Shuzo, famous for Tamitsu. Anyway, the taste is sharp and well-balanced. It is also delicious! It tastes completely different from Tamitsu, but it is impressive.
Rice used: Koji rice: Kami no Ho (God's ears) Kake rice: Koshihikari produced in Mie Prefecture
Alcohol 15 degrees
Polishing ratio Koji rice:55% Kake rice:60
Yeast used: Mie yeast MK-7
Rumney-like sweetness and sourness
Clear but sweet and sour, so good!
I can also feel a little bitterness.
It's so good!
Not too light for a summer drink.
I love it!
Very rich. It has a fresh aroma and sweetness, but it is even richer than that. I imagined it to be a light summer sake, but this one has a nice, heavy flavor. It is a good match for anago (conger eel), but not for steamed shrimp. ★★★
