I thought it was Tamitsu, but the brand name is Hayaharu. Although I say that I don't like summer sake, I have been aiming for this Bourru for a year now. It is a light nigori sake, so I opened the bottle thinking that it would not be lacking in flavor. It is served cold. When the bottle is opened, there is a short gas sound. The color is a light cloudy milky white. The top aroma is citrusy. It is grapefruit-like. On the palate, there is not much gasiness, and despite the light nigorigo, it is smooth and smooth without any cloying taste. On the palate, the nigori rice flavor spreads slightly in the mouth, followed by a sourness that spreads after swallowing, reminding one of the sweet bitterness of citrus fruits. It is grapefruit-like after all. The bitter aftertaste is short-lived, leaving the taste refreshing and refreshing. Neither the label nor the taste is very sake-like, but... it is delicious.
