We had a lot of beer at the party, so we opened a bottle of Houou Mita for a nightcap. (It is too good! No need to eat anything with this sake! I'm going to sleep in a happy mood 😴💤.

Hououmida Nikko" brewed by Kobayashi Shuzo in Oyama City using water from Nikko The attack is delicious with a pineapple-like aroma! The taste gradually turns clear and watery, and as the sake flavor passes through the nose, a hint of bitter bitterness is felt, with a slightly long aftertaste. Deliciously enjoyed ^ ^ ^

Clear, crisp summer sake. The cool and refreshing taste is just like the label says. I wonder how many "◯◯◯" there are? I'm not sure 😁.

It is not a refreshing summer sake, but I got the impression that it has impact but is not cloying. It is a delicious sake!

Today I had a drink at my favorite yakitori restaurant for the first time in a while. The first drink was Nozomu, which I drank for the first time. The owner said that the taste might have changed since the first bottle was opened, but I chose it without hesitation because it is rare to find a sake from Tochigi. The first Nozomu. The refreshing sweetness is impressive in the mouth. It is smooth and easy to drink. The spiciness in the second half finishes it off and the lingering bitterness is nice, so I thought it was very well-balanced. Encountering this kind of sake reminds me once again what a delicious junmai sake it is 🎵.

It's been a while since I've had a sake that hits me like a ton of bricks. It has a nice aroma, full of the feeling of a traditional sake with a matured taste 🍶‼️ It's definitely better at higher temperatures👍 But it wasn't my mood today 😄.

Enchanting fruity aroma like melon 🍈. The mouthfeel is sizzling & fresh with a touch of astringency: ❗️ This does a good job of not being too sweet 😋. The light umami that gives a soft and slow impression, and the sharpness that starts to take effect in the mid-palate makes it suitable for a mid-meal drink 👍. It is a beautiful bottle with a clear and transparent taste from start to finish. ❗️ Delicious 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤

Comparison of 3 kinds of Wakakoma Not sweet, but not extremely dry either. It has a sharp and clean aftertaste. There was a taste I recognized, but I couldn't figure out what it was. Later, I read in the description that the sweetness and sourness of Aizan can be felt, so maybe it is a taste of Aizan.

SENKIN×UNITED ARROWS UA DRAGON Pre-jozo sake×Nigori sake Sparkling Nama-zake #Senkou #Tochigi Collaboration with apparel maker "United Arrows". They made nigori sake out of kijoshu...what's up with that? First time! ←← It's supposed to be refreshing, but it has a delicious flavor and a hint of nigori sweetness. It's easy to drink, but not too much! It's easy to drink, but not too much! The bubbles are fine and how do you call it? Silky? (Vocabulary). The aftertaste is clean. So elegant...too good to guzzle down! LOL! For the record of appropriate date: 2024 Sake, out for drinking, 105th drink (misc. count)

Snowman x UA 4 January Purchase April 27th Open Beware of spills! Sweeter than Snowman Shuwa Shuwa With a sweetness like a lactobacillus drink, It feels gassy and sharp with a slight bitterness. We'll see what happens tomorrow when the gassiness weakens on the second day. I prefer St. (I think it's largely because it's 5%)
