Sake drunk at Setsubun. It is juicy and has a good balance of sweetness and sourness. It could be a little less sweet. I would like to compare various kinds of SENKYO sake as it will be a great breakthrough sake in 2021.

A gift. Kuheiji, I'm glad because I really like this sake. Sake served in a wine glass. The expression changes depending on the temperature, so I never get tired of drinking it. The most appreciated point is that it is easy to match with food.

ぽせいどん
It has a crisp, refreshing flavor that is typical of Tedorigawa, with a hint of nigari, but not sweetness. It is a perfect match with Iburi Gakko, the winner of the Iburi Rinpik. It may be better suited to dishes with a stronger flavor.

We had this while watching the moon in mid-autumn 🌝🎑. I heard that Tsuyoshi Domoto sent this to Koichi Domoto. I've never seen it in a liquor store in Nagano, but I found it at Shinjuku Isetan lol. It's not only sweet, but also has a good balance of sourness.
