- Gary LeongAbsolutely refined and classy Junmai Daiginjo drink as a pre-birthday celebration for my dad. It was a wonderful night. The 35% rice polishing rate doesn't disappoint with a clean taste and fruity notes. Definitely a value buy.

- Gary LeongLovely sparkling sake from Hakkaisan. Enjoyed with chinese cuisine and a group of closed friends. It has a semi-sweet taste and clean finishing. A nice aperitif drink.

- ChrisbrzLast month we had a +25 very dry Kariho Yamahai. It was too strong for sushi and later Mexican tacos

- Gary LeongI am a regular drinker of Kitaya Junmai Daiginjo but I decided try this highly proclaimed Junmai Ginjo series this evening. It lived up to its reputation as one of the top breweries in Fukuoka. The fruity notes is just nice coupled with a crisp and smooth finishing which is quite rare for a Junmai Ginjo sake. Totally fell in love with this Junmai Ginjo series from Kitaya brewery. It just lived up my Wednesday evening upon discovered such a hidden gem. Loved it!!!

- Gary LeongThis is my third time checking in this Junmai Ginjo sake by Zuiyo, a prominent sake brewery in Kumamoto. Also, I have been to Kumamoto recently in April 2023, it's a beautiful and cultural area. I would love to revisit again someday. Aside from that, this sake it's lovely, it has fruity notes coupled with clean aftertaste that will tempt you to drink it over and over again. It's a nice sake to buy to savour over a nice Saturday evening.
