I imagined it would taste like the Midorikawa I drank earlier, but it's quite thick and robust. It's totally different from the impression on the label 💦. As the description says, it is best served at room temperature or warmed. I wondered if it was the magic of the tasting. I thought so, but when I drank it at room temperature, it was close to the impression of the tasting. I could taste the sweetness, but it was basically spicy and alcoholic. I was probably drunk and buggy when I tasted it. Tastes great with soda. I felt like it would go well with pineapple when mixed with soda 🍍.

It doesn't say, but according to Nisshimura Sake Brewery's Instagram, it is an unfiltered sake. It is gorgeous, like rum, and a little bitter. The sweetness is moderate. Or rather spicy? The cool taste is perfect for the coming season! As the temperature rises, the appleiness comes out, but at the same time the spiciness increases. Personally, I prefer the "Jujishi" that I've had so far. I made a mistake when I drank it before, but I have to mix the Jujyoku with the sake, otherwise the lees sink to the bottom and the taste changes a lot. If you drink it with the lees mixed in, it might have a little sweetness.
