The Check series is a series of bottles that are specially bottled from the most successful tanks after being checked by the toji (master brewer).
Murasaki" seems to be the last chapter of the Check series, but this is the first time for me to drink Kamerei itself...🤣💦.
The mouthfeel is sweet? 🤣💦 The mouthfeel is sweet, but the aftertaste is sharp and dry. It had a mellow flavor that is typical of the raw sake ✨.
