Go-around 2nd Yoshidagura u" was created as a natural and gentle sake that accompanies food, people, and nature. The "u" in "u" stands for "Yu" in "gentle" and "you" in "you. The "Re: Fermentation" series follows the recently released "Yoshidagura u Re: Fermentation for UNITED ARROWS". This work challenges a new production method that re-ferments low-alcohol sake brewed with Yamahai (Yamahai method) brewed with "Ishikawamon" to create layers of delicate flavors.
