I bought it as a souvenir for the chairman of the board, who loves rice wine, but I wanted it for myself too, so I got it on stocking day. I was thinking of drinking the Kouei Kiku, but I decided to taste it before handing it over tomorrow, so I opened a bottle. The aroma is sweet and fruity, like bananas. The smooth mouthfeel overflows with moderate acidity and a moist sweet umami flavor 😋. While the sweetness is still on the tongue, the bitterness appears and breaks off, inviting you to the next cup. You will never get tired of drinking this deep flavor 😆. I wonder why sake is so delicious? When I drank it with kimchi tofu and sesame oil, before I knew it, there was only one cup left. I'm going to keep it for tomorrow because it's a waste. 😅

Note the opening of the bottle. The cork will fly off. The cork will fly off...(^O^) When it is cold, it is lightly carbonated and has a light taste, but as time goes by, you can feel the sweetness and depth of the rice. I like it.

A limited edition of Kubota's top-of-the-line Manju brewed in the Yamahai style. Delicate when served cold, powerful when served lukewarm, and full-bodied when served warm. The flavor changes at different temperatures. 2,980 yen including tax, slightly smaller than the 720ml bottle (500ml).

This is a seasonal product of Kubota. This Suiju is only available from April to September, and only in 4-goupe bottle size. Priced at around 3,000 yen, it is quite expensive, but well worth it! Fresh and fruity, fresh and delicate on the palate, full of flavor. Soft taste clean and easy to drink. One of my favorite lineups of all Kubotas. Highly recommended!

Fruity lactic acidic ginjo aroma typical of Shinmasa. I like the tangy feeling on the tongue. It tastes of lychee, cherry, and pineapple, with a hint of wood and soft acidity as well. Rich and opulent but also very pricey.

At Sake no Hisaya, Fukuoka. It has a fine gassy, sweet and fruity aroma, and the voluminous rice flavor that only Yamadanishiki can provide spreads in the mouth. The acidity is low and the sweetness is well balanced with a moderate bitterness, resulting in a high level finish.
