Happy New Year!
This year is the year of my zodiac sign, and like a climbing dragon, I would like to take action on my thoughts and take on various challenges. I will try to do so 🐉.
Of course, as in previous years, I will give priority to drinking brands of sake that I have never tried before, while also touring various sake breweries. I would like to visit sake breweries in Hizen-Hamajuku, Wakayama, Nada in Hyogo, and Konan in Shiga when I return to Osaka.
The first bottle this year is Kangiku. The title is departure, which is a new start.
Purchased at a liquor store. The rarity is extremely high.
Cold sake.
Gorgeous aroma.
Very juicy flavor, but the aftertaste is more crisp than fresh.
You can drink it on its own without getting tired of it.
We had it with ozoni.
Recommended for sake beginners.
