Purchased at a sake shop.
For some reason, I had never had Miyagi sake before, so this is very new to me.
I see it quite often at the liquor store, but if I hadn't bought it, I would have bought it at Nikkouji. The rarity of this sake is high, close to normal.
At room temperature.
Aroma is normal.
Light and dry. Not too heavy.
The aftertaste is normal.
When heated to lukewarm or hot, it has a mild but slightly dry taste. This one has more volume.
It is not that peculiar and is very easy to drink.
The aftertaste is rather long.
As advertised, it goes very well with fish. We had it with sea bream and yellowtail sashimi.
Suitable for beginners and intermediate sake drinkers.
