Oomine San Grain Hiyaoroshi 🍶.
The alcohol was stronger than I expected, probably because it had been open for a few days.
The sake taste was so strong that I couldn't feel the fruity taste of the Omine San Grain I've had so far.
It has a slight sourness and a refreshing taste.
Seems to go well with fish: ❣️
It was just a snack at the second place, so if I had drunk it as a food sake, it might have been different.

I bought some 🍶Amabuki🍶Nadeshiko yeast💐.
Bought this for home because it was so good at a sake event 😋.
The website says it has a gorgeous and elegant aroma, fullness on the palate, and a crisp finish that goes down your throat, and that's exactly what it is: ❣️
I have the impression that this sake is more suited to enjoying sake than to matching it with food because of its strong floral flavor.
It tastes better when it is chilled. (Cold to slightly cold).
It has a clean aftertaste and no lingering aftertaste.
It is so delicious that you end up drinking too much of it.

It seems they use cherry blossom yeast and the label is cute🌸.
The label is cute too 🌸 and the naming seems like it would make a good gift.

From the name, I thought it would be a dry sake, so I bought it at the crab shack for the sake of the shell.
Surprisingly, it has a slightly fruity aftertaste and is easy to drink!
It's easy to drink at home on a normal day, or on an unpretentious day.
I liked it better when it was chilled!
If I'd known about it before, I would have bought it at the hotel and gone home.

Dry and refreshing. I thought it was dry and refreshing, but it is really easy to drink with fish (sashimi or grilled fish). It's a wonderful sake for dining.

You can taste the clear and luxurious feeling like water.
This is the sake that reigned as the number one sake in my favorite ranking by far.
I bought it as a gift this time🎁.
The best part is that it's not too hard to find a good one!

It's a very nice wine! It was very strong. I thought, "Is this what it is? But when the temperature was changed, it became mellow and refreshing! But when I changed the temperature, it became clear and mellow.
Temperature is really important.
I usually like fruity ones like Ottersai, but this one is really something else.

When you drink it, it has a sour taste.
I bought it because I heard it was made like a white wine, but it is a new sake that is different from white wine.
I don't think it is a sake for eating.

Hakurakusei (Japanese style)
This sake was adopted by JAL international first class.
It's the best sake for a meal and goes well with sushi.
Compared to Ottersai and Hakoirimusume, it is less fruity and refreshing. It enhances the taste of rice.
The Junmai Ginjo has a sour taste that changes the atmosphere. I am definitely in this camp.
I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's worth it.

Paradoxically, the most popular drink in the world.
The bubbles were amazing. I was told to be careful when I opened it, and I was, but it overflowed.
It was more bubbly than I expected.
I'm not sure how much I like it.
It's a little strong for me because I like light bubbles.
The label on the bottle looks like a wine bottle and is a good gift💓.
