Limited Sake Available for Reservation This is a great encounter as I had missed out on pre-ordering this year as well! Let's get started! When poured into a sake cup, it is slightly cloudy. The aroma is... maybe derived from grains... When you sip it, you will be pleasantly surprised by the pizzazz of the unpasteurized sake. The slight sweetness, beautiful acidity, and the bitterness of the lees make it a pleasant sake. All of them are understated and elegant. It was a beautiful sake suitable for shime 👍.

What? You don't think Chichi-dono is transferring too? And in Tokyo? Maybe you should move in with MAJ? (I guess the graduation ceremony is a little early there, isn't it? My graduation ceremony was today, so I'm a high school student now.)

Sake Dedication to Fukushima 2 Gakki changed the negative image I had of Aruzoe by 180 degrees. I wanted to get excited, but I held back for a while today. Well, bye... Melon in both aroma and taste And even the aftertaste is melon The taste is as good as it should be. Consistently delicious! But today, it's a little more serious... Cheers!

This restaurant is famous for serving sake in the original square bottle size, and this one came in a small bottle! And since it was an explosive type, the waiter went to the trouble of opening the bottle for us! It may seem a bit exaggerated, but... In fact, the waiter had to fight with the bottle for about 3 minutes, so it might have been dangerous if he opened it when he was drunk😅. Oh, I love the shwash feeling! It stimulates the tongue and throat just right... I feel like I'm drinking raw sake: ❗️ And the bitterness of the lees is also a perfect salve👍 And the bitterness of the lees is also a perfect harmony with the sweetness and acidity.

Sake Dedication to Fukushima This sake has been around for a long time and can be found in supermarkets. But I haven't had it for a long time, maybe for the first time since I registered as a member of Sake-no-wa! It was served at room temperature. It has a classic flavor of that type. I can't get enough of the umami bitterness that comes through the nose! I think it would also be quite good as a heated sake! Cheers!

Sake Dedication to Iwate 12 years have passed since the terrible earthquake. How fast... For the past two years, I've been drinking sake from the three prefectures affected by the disaster and offering a toast to them, but this year I couldn't make it... But 246 stopped to offer a silent prayer, and at night, I was late to the party... Akatake Sake Brewery, originally located in a fishing town on the Sanriku coast, moved to Morioka after the disaster and now has an unshakably popular brand. I can't help but feel the 12 years that have passed. Now, let's see what's next! Yes, as expected of Aizan! It's juicy, sweet, and full of the richness of rice, and the bitterness that eventually comes in is perfect! It's as good as it gets! I will continue to support Akabu for a long time to come! Cheers!

The unposts are piling up, and I'd like to comment on everyone's posts, but it's all I can do just to farrow💦. The end of this school year is busy with work and preparing for my kids' schooling: ‼️ Well, it's a little late, but last Saturday and Sunday I went to Tokyo to look for a place for my eldest son to stay at a boarding house! We spent two days with a real estate agent looking for a place along the Yurakucho Metro Line. We went out to Kinshicho, which is close to our hotel. We narrowed down the list of potential apartments while having dinner at a certain restaurant in Marui, which took about an hour and a half. That was about an hour and a half 😵. Let's go back to the hotel! No way... ❗️ I was checking out the restaurant pretending to be looking for dinner 😁. Sake Cost Sake Brewery in the downtown area right outside the south exit. A chain restaurant where we went for the after-party of the Tokyo Off-line meeting in September last year. I sent my eldest son home first and had a discussion with my wife 😅. Click here to start. The well-known standard sake of Tasake in Japan According to Rafa papa, the taste has changed Let's try it now! 😲⁉️⁉️⁉️ Yes, the taste has changed❗️ It's juicier and sweeter ⤴️ I think this is al 👍

Chichi, thank you for coming to Tokyo. And you are drinking well! And you're drinking a lot! I also drank outside yesterday, but there was no sake from Tohoku, so I offered a cup of sake from my heart. I drank outside yesterday, but there was no sake from Tohoku, so I offered a toast from my heart.
