Sake Dedication to Fukushima
This sake has been around for a long time and can be found in supermarkets.
But I haven't had it for a long time, maybe for the first time since I registered as a member of Sake-no-wa!
It was served at room temperature.
It has a classic flavor of that type.
I can't get enough of the umami bitterness that comes through the nose!
I think it would also be quite good as a heated sake!
Cheers!
Sake Dedication to Iwate
12 years have passed since the terrible earthquake.
How fast...
For the past two years, I've been drinking sake from the three prefectures affected by the disaster and offering a toast to them, but this year I couldn't make it...
But 246 stopped to offer a silent prayer, and at night, I was late to the party...
Akatake Sake Brewery, originally located in a fishing town on the Sanriku coast, moved to Morioka after the disaster and now has an unshakably popular brand.
I can't help but feel the 12 years that have passed.
Now, let's see what's next!
Yes, as expected of Aizan!
It's juicy, sweet, and full of the richness of rice, and the bitterness that eventually comes in is perfect!
It's as good as it gets!
I will continue to support Akabu for a long time to come!
Cheers!
The unposts are piling up, and I'd like to comment on everyone's posts, but it's all I can do just to farrow💦.
The end of this school year is busy with work and preparing for my kids' schooling: ‼️
Well, it's a little late, but last Saturday and Sunday I went to Tokyo to look for a place for my eldest son to stay at a boarding house!
We spent two days with a real estate agent looking for a place along the Yurakucho Metro Line.
We went out to Kinshicho, which is close to our hotel.
We narrowed down the list of potential apartments while having dinner at a certain restaurant in Marui, which took about an hour and a half.
That was about an hour and a half 😵.
Let's go back to the hotel!
No way... ❗️
I was checking out the restaurant pretending to be looking for dinner 😁.
Sake Cost Sake Brewery in the downtown area right outside the south exit.
A chain restaurant where we went for the after-party of the Tokyo Off-line meeting in September last year.
I sent my eldest son home first and had a discussion with my wife 😅.

The well-known standard sake of Tasake in Japan
According to Rafa papa, the taste has changed
Let's try it now!

It's juicier and sweeter ⤴️
I think this is al 👍
Chichi, thank you for coming to Tokyo.
And you are drinking well!
And you're drinking a lot!
I also drank outside yesterday, but there was no sake from Tohoku, so I offered a cup of sake from my heart.
I drank outside yesterday, but there was no sake from Tohoku, so I offered a toast from my heart.
Hi Harry 😃
Sorry for the super late response: 🙇♂️
I've had a good drink.
My 3/11 won't be over if I don't offer a toast...
So there was a lot of sake from Tohoku.
Hello, Haruei Chichi!
I'm so glad to hear you're in the neighborhood ⁈😳I usually hang around Kinshicho a lot, but I haven't been able to visit this store yet 😅I'll have to try it~ ❗️
Good morning, mamiko 😃.
I'm afraid I've broken your territory 😁.
My hotel was in Asakusabashi, so I thought I'd drink at a place that was easy to get to...
I think it's a good place to try different kinds of drinks👍
A gorgeous, sweet sake available only in spring.
The fresh aroma spreads on the palate, but the aftertaste is mellow without being harsh.
Recommended for fruity lovers!
