This is the fourth drink of the day! You made a stylish sake despite being from Chiba (I am from Chiba). This sake makes you want to drink it with a glass of wine. It has a gaseous and sweet taste. It is an easy-to-drink sake with no cloying taste. It is amazing that they can make such a sake in Chiba (I am from Chiba).
Third drink of the day! Nabeshima is my favorite.
This is my first Junmai Ginjo Aizan.
If I may use someone else's comment, it has gasiness, sweetness, and an aftertaste of bitterness that is addictive (lol). So it was this "bitterness" that was bothering me about Nabeshima! It is indeed an addictive bitterness. It is a characteristic of Nabeshima. And it is still delicious.
The first drink of the day. It's delicious right off the bat.
I think both beer and sake have the effect of the first glass, but even taking that into account, it is still delicious. The first glass of sake is a bit spicy, but the second glass of sake is just as good. You can get drunk.
Yum! It's sweet, but has a light, refreshing aftertaste. What is this?
It seems to be a drink that goes well with chocolate, and it goes well with the chocolate the waiter gave me.
I was not a fan of sweet sake, but I was blown away by it.
The waiter's recommendation for hidden? The sake.
Very easy to drink, so it seems to be defeated by food. Good for a first sake? Not enough for sake after drinking a lot. Ah, but after some time, the aroma came out. Maybe good?
It was introduced at the restaurant as a well-balanced sake. It is true that it has a well-balanced taste of spiciness, sweetness, and sourness. However, it has a sake-like taste, and the aroma lingers on rather than leaving a light aftertaste. I think it is delicious in its own way.
I see that the back side is usually on the market. But it is delicious. It is easy to drink with a slight gasiness, a fruity mouthfeel, and a light aftertaste. My first Oita sake, and it was a winner.
The taste was very well balanced as recommended by the restaurant. It was neither spicy nor sweet. I have not had such an easy to drink sake in a long time.
Limited Sake Available for Reservation
This is a great encounter as I had missed out on pre-ordering this year as well!
Let's get started!
When poured into a sake cup, it is slightly cloudy.
The aroma is... maybe derived from grains...
When you sip it, you will be pleasantly surprised by the pizzazz of the unpasteurized sake.
The slight sweetness, beautiful acidity, and the bitterness of the lees make it a pleasant sake.
All of them are understated and elegant.
It was a beautiful sake suitable for shime 👍.
Good morning, Chichi! ☀️
Thanks for looking for a room💦.
Still, it's great that you're still drinking 😆 Lots of sake from Tohoku 😊👍I'm drinking this one right now! It's fresh, tasty and delicious ❣️
Hello Chichi, my best friend forever ^ ^.
So you looked for a room for lunch and a place to drink at night👍.
It seems you found good drinks, but did you also find a good room?
⭐︎
Good morning, Chichi 😃.
What a fun thing you are doing.
But this store has a great selection and great prices.
Are you going to stay until Saturday offline?
What?
You don't think Chichi-dono is transferring too? And in Tokyo?
Maybe you should move in with MAJ?
(I guess the graduation ceremony is a little early there, isn't it? My graduation ceremony was today, so I'm a high school student now.)
Good morning to my forever best friend Manta 😃.
Sorry for the super late response: 🙇♂️
The "search" for the daytime session was difficult, but the nighttime session was an instant decision the moment I saw it 👍.
Good morning, Duke Shibuya 😃.
Sorry for the super late response: 🙇♂️
I would have loved to stay longer in Tokyo if I had the time 😅.
If you get more chances to come to Tokyo, we can go together👍.
Good morning, Sake Run 😃.
Sorry for the super late response: 🙇♂️
Thanks also for the info about your second son 😊.
Are you living with MAJ ⁉️
Might be pretty nice 😁.
Good morning, Yukachin 😃.
Sorry for the super late response: 🙇♂️
I think the party is getting more and more realistic: ❗️
I might have more chances to come to Tokyo too 😁.
Chichi, from here and from there~!!!! 😁✌
I don't need your apology for my late response. I think that's what social networking is all about, and more importantly, it's about precious characters...
I'm sure one day I'll be ignored as a Sake Flu E 😭
