Having a day off in the middle of the week bugs my rhythm. Every day is either the day after or the day before a holiday, so I can work with a lot of energy, but I don't know what day it is anymore. I went to Chinatown on the Emperor's birthday. Thinking about it, I probably should have chosen a place that was more Japanese. But the steamed buns at Edo Qing were delicious, the xiao-long bao at Wangfujing were delicious, and the Taiwanese fried chicken that is now sold everywhere looked and tasted great. I also enjoyed eating strawberry candy in the park while waiting with my kids while my wife was absorbed in solving a puzzle at Yokohama Daisekai. I also bought some alcohol at a liquor store in Chinatown, but I'll tell you about that later. The opening of the bottle was easy. It has a light chili taste, soft sweet acidity, and a light bitterness on the back end. It was crisp and light. I didn't feel the heaviness of the alcohol at all. It is very light. It's really delicious. I bought it without a second thought, but I hit the jackpot.

I love Eva. When I was in college, I saw the new movie version and got hooked. I've dredged up the TV version, the old one, and the manga version. It's been more than 10 years since then. I think Shin Evangelion was the final episode of all of them. There were many parts that I didn't understand, but it was a good ending that I felt comfortable with. When I saw "Ou", Shinji was really cool, and the relationships of the people around him were redeeming. There was a straightforward humanity and heroism that broke through the depressing atmosphere that had been present throughout the entire film. I think that Shin Takachiyo [Breaking] is also a sake that aims to break the status quo. Opening the bottle. Acid. The acidity is like apple cider vinegar. The sweetness is also rich and mellow. The taste is a little different from fruity. Ripe plums? It's certainly different from Takachiyo. It's beautiful, but it's also rough. I don't love this kind of sake, but I'm sure it's possible. The "oha" in the introduction is the modulation of the story. I think this was a challenging sake that took the flow of Takachiyo and tried to modulate it.

I've been curious about this book for a long time, and I finally got it. I opened the bottle with high expectations! I'll have it chilled to perfection! The fruity aroma is not that strong. I took a sip and was blown away! It's too good! It tasted like Calpis and Yakult combined with yogurt, and it was gassy! It was the first time in a long time that I was so moved that I almost cried! I've encountered an unbelievable drink... I wondered if there was such a thing in the world. Next time I'll stock up on Junmai Daiginjo👍️.

And the first bottle I'm going to commemorate is Sawaya Matsumoto from Kyoto. A liquor store in the next station recommended it to me, so I bought it! Yes, it's not sweet, but it's not dry either. The other day I had a disappointing experience at a liquor store I know (not that the liquor store was bad, but...). I vowed to quit frequenting the liquor store to buy rare sake. I thought I was going to the liquor store to buy happiness for my daily life, but I feel that my purpose has been replaced by buying rare sake with an eye on appearance. If you can't buy sake in person, drink it at the store. I decided to suppress the collecting habit in my heart and cherish the sake I encountered. Today's sake is Meron 3.33 I couldn't drink it last year, so I wanted to try it this year. It is thick, sweet, umami, and sour. It is fresh and juicy. The taste and aroma are voluminous. The melon taste is...not that great to be honest. If you look at it from a positive perspective, there is a melon somewhere in the aroma. It's good, but I think it's better not to make people expect melon. I wonder if it would sell better if it was called "melon". The wine glass was good, but my recent boom is the flat sake cup. When you drink it as if you were sipping, the aroma spreads and it's really easy to understand the taste of sake. Above all, it's good not to drink too much. I recommend it.

Pulling it in and out. Until the foam settles down. The surface of the liquid is jiggling and jiggling. The lees are an automatic tangled type. Even if you pour it into a wine glass, it is still foaming. In the mouth, it is hot! It is super hot. It is the hottest sake I have ever drunk. There is no taste other than the spiciness...? Combined with the light nigori, it is like grated radish. It has a sharpness that you don't find often. The second day. When I open the fridge, the bottle is blown out! Seriously? It's not as fizzy as it was yesterday. The aroma... is there. It smells a little sweet. The taste is also beautifully sweet. It's better balanced and more delicious. It's like drinking a different sake on the second day after opening the bottle. It tastes good twice in one bottle.

If you drink it without lees, it has a thick sweet taste. It also has a slight grain-like aroma. When the lees are mixed in, it becomes a little sour. It has a silky mouthfeel. The pungent taste of the lees comes quickly, and the sweetness becomes less noticeable. However, this is rather well balanced and easy to drink. Calpis soda for adults It's a very common expression, but it's like that.

Sometimes I have a strange urge to drink Aisan sake. Today, Chiebijin. I welcomed her with Yoko. Two beautiful people with flowers in their hands. The nose is very fruity and gorgeous. In the mouth, there is a slight flat sweetness. Then there is a variety of flavors. Weak acidity, with a rich, full-bodied sweetness. Rich, full sweetness. Sweetness and astringency. A slight bitterness. But it is also mellow and sweet. Above all, it has an elegant alcohol flavor. This is the Aisan. This is the only sake I can drink all the time. I'm in the middle of making an ate, but I don't think I'll ever get to finish it.

Long time no see, Yoko. I think the last time I drank this drink was at my wife's parents' house. I remember buying it at a gift shop at Yamagata Station. It's hard to say it's a Japanese sake, and I wasn't sure about uploading it, but if Tate no Kawa-san makes it, it's okay. It seems to have a Junmai Daiginjo sake in it. The taste is the drinking yogurt itself. At first, it feels a little sour. The only thing that warms the back of your throat is the alcohol. The mouth feel is like a good yogurt you buy at a farm. I was under the impression that Instrumental Masamune was a honjozo. In fact, the one I've had is a honjozo. I was under the impression that it was a good brewer with a hand in Alzoe. This time I found a Junmai Ginjo and I bought it without thinking. The initial aroma is rather boozy. On the palate, the taste is strong! It's thick like grapes. I have a strong sense of male town. The back door doesn't disappear with a snap. It feels soothing. It has a gorgeous sweetness and aroma that remains. The aroma is different from the first one. It is a good mix of Yamadanishiki and Omachi. It is really delicious. You can see how deep the brewery is.
