Having a day off in the middle of the week bugs my rhythm.
Every day is either the day after or the day before a holiday, so I can work with a lot of energy, but I don't know what day it is anymore.
I went to Chinatown on the Emperor's birthday.
Thinking about it, I probably should have chosen a place that was more Japanese.
But the steamed buns at Edo Qing were delicious, the xiao-long bao at Wangfujing were delicious, and the Taiwanese fried chicken that is now sold everywhere looked and tasted great. I also enjoyed eating strawberry candy in the park while waiting with my kids while my wife was absorbed in solving a puzzle at Yokohama Daisekai.
I also bought some alcohol at a liquor store in Chinatown, but I'll tell you about that later.
The opening of the bottle was easy.
It has a light chili taste, soft sweet acidity, and a light bitterness on the back end.
It was crisp and light.
I didn't feel the heaviness of the alcohol at all.
It is very light.
It's really delicious.
I bought it without a second thought, but I hit the jackpot.
