The long summer vacation has begun!
Since we can't go anywhere to drink this summer, we're buying booze and drinking at home!
I think I'll be able to open 4 bottles in 9 days of vacation.
And the first bottle I'm going to commemorate is Sawaya Matsumoto from Kyoto.
A liquor store in the next station recommended it to me, so I bought it!
Yes, it's not sweet, but it's not dry either.
It's not sweet, but it's not dry either. When you put it in your mouth, a slight fizzy feeling spreads, and a refreshing sourness and a slight sweetness start to spread in your mouth, and then it disappears quickly. There is no bitterness at all. There is no bitterness at all, and the aftertaste and throat feeling are clean and nice.
I think this is the kind of thing I like in the summer!
I've never drunk sake from Kyoto before, but I wonder if there are many like this?
