I was under the impression that Instrumental Masamune was a honjozo.
In fact, the one I've had is a honjozo.
I was under the impression that it was a good brewer with a hand in Alzoe.
This time I found a Junmai Ginjo and I bought it without thinking.
The initial aroma is rather boozy.
On the palate, the taste is strong!
It's thick like grapes.
I have a strong sense of male town.
The back door doesn't disappear with a snap.
It feels soothing.
It has a gorgeous sweetness and aroma that remains.
The aroma is different from the first one.
It is a good mix of Yamadanishiki and Omachi.
It is really delicious.
You can see how deep the brewery is.
