ミドサー酒呑童子A glass at room temperature.
It is clear in color and has a ginjo aroma on the palate. It has a unique flavor in a good sense, as it is a regular sake with 40% polished rice.
There is nothing sharp about it, but rather a mild taste and aroma that is pleasant in a way that I have never experienced with existing sake.
This is the best sake I have ever tasted as a regular sake, and I would like to drink it again. ミドサー酒呑童子A glass at room temperature.
As the name suggests, it was dry, with a strong umami flavor, and seemed to be a classic mellow umami-kuchi.
It also has a nice sharpness. ましらのやまさんJunmai Ginjo Unfiltered Sake ⭐️⭐️⭐️
100% Yamadanishiki, 55% polished rice, 15 degrees al.

Koshitanrei is the name of the sake rice. It seems to be a cross between Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku.
I misunderstood it to be a light and dry sake, but the shopkeeper said it was sweet, so I bought it.
Koguro Shuzo was acquired by DHC in 2014 and is now DHC Shuzo.
The KJ symbol on the label means kosher certification (it's OK for Jews to eat it). LifLinOpening the bottle is a bit of a pushy.
Definitely sweet! Sour and tasty. It has a strong taste.
