Koshitanrei is the name of the sake rice. It seems to be a cross between Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku.
I misunderstood it to be a light and dry sake, but the shopkeeper said it was sweet, so I bought it.
Koguro Shuzo was acquired by DHC in 2014 and is now DHC Shuzo.
The KJ symbol on the label means kosher certification (it's OK for Jews to eat it).

Opening the bottle is a bit of a pushy.
Definitely sweet! Sour and tasty. It has a strong taste.
