It doesn't have much of a gassy feel like other reviews, and I wonder if it varies from tank to tank. It doesn't feel like rice, though. We'll have to wait and see.

When I received the sake, I noticed that the bottle cap was not closed properly. I think it was a mistake from the brewery, but the sake still has a gassy feel to it.
