I've been curious about it for a while, but I didn't have the courage to buy a 4-pack, so I found 300ml and bought it. The aroma right after opening the bottle was like soy sauce. When I put it in my mouth, it tastes like raisins and has acidity. It's a taste I've never had before. It should be kept at room temperature and not evaluated at first sight. After a week from the opening of the bottle, the depth of the flavor seems to have increased. The acidity has become more moderate.
