I got Kinjaku Yamahai Nama Sake, which I didn't expect. I also bought a Junmai Ginjyo nama-shu at the same time. I thought the raw sake other than Shiboritate was limited to Tochigi liquor stores? 🤔
I wanted to get some Yamanabisu and Kawanakajima Sparkling, but I gave them up in tears and bought this one. If they had rice and agave, I would have been very confused😅.
The fire-roasted wine was gassy and fresh, but I got the same impression from the fresh one. I think it tastes even better with more sweetness and acidity.
