The bubbles are low. Silky. It may sound strange, but it is not sweet, but it is sweet. Very clean. No habits. It has a clean aftertaste. There is nothing that bothers me. It was amazing! It was an extraordinary sake!

Hi, ma-ki-! I recommend this sake so much that I want to go around the city wearing a "mimuro-sugi" sasuke (lol)! If I could, I would have liked to drink the same Yamadanishiki as last year, but I can't afford the luxury~!
