The third drink of the 0th round was the first brand I had ever had, as recommended by the proprietress.
Aozora Hatsu Shibori Junmai Nama Nama Kasumishu
The aroma is almost clear.
Mild and slightly tangy on the palate.
The middle taste is sweet and umami.

The base water is probably delicious. There are no major characteristics to the sake, but it is easy to drink. It was also delicious. I'm off to a year-end party now.

The second drink of the 0th meeting was Junmai Nigori from Hirotogawa.
I was afraid to choose this sake, but I thought I would compare Amami and Hirotogawa.
The aroma was peachy and fruity.
The mouthfeel is sweet with a touch of gas.
The inside has a gentle umami flavor.
The aftertaste is bitter and pungent.
Compared to Tenbi, Hirotogawa has more gas and sweetness.
It also has a strong umami inside. If Tenbi is delicate, Hirotogawa gives the impression of being more robust.
Hirotogawa is also good.

There was a sake bar near the venue of the year-end party, so we took the liberty of having an after-party.
The first sake of the day was "Yukiten" by Tenbi. I expected it to be sweet and refreshing.
