Last summer drink of the day.
I guess there are a lot of blue or green themes.
This time, I'm going for dry rather than sweet. I didn't like it very much. Well, it had a nice feeling to it, but it wasn't impressive at all. It didn't go well with the food I ate, so I'd rather have a nice aftertaste than a sharp one. It's quite rare, though.

That was a summer sake sampler.
It was also delicious. However, it didn't have much personality and seemed to be the usual fresh sake that can be found anywhere.

There's a lot going on because the definition of summer wine hasn't been defined yet. This one has a little citrus flavor? I didn't really notice it. Well, normal?

This is the best sake I've had from a yeast that is not some kind of sake. It's quite interesting, a little sweet with a nice acidity, even as a cold sake. But if you ask me if I can drink it all the time, I'm not so sure. But I think it's nice that you can go half a bottle at all, and it's something I'd ask for if I saw it. The charm of sake is that you can make good food even if you don't live in a sake-producing area.
By the way, I like Kagawa quite a bit and would like to go back!
