I don't know about this year's Beetle, but my impression is that Stag Beetle is more refreshing and easier to drink, and its mild acidity is more pronounced. Houou Mida looks like I had not seen much of it. I like Black Phoenix and it looks delicious when black. The floral and fruity feel is like a Mita, with a gentle sourness that is sharp. However, as time goes by, the sourness disappears and it is quite a mild sweet and refreshing type. It is delicious. It is a sake to be enjoyed on its own, not with food.
