Summer has already come. It has a refreshing sweetness with a clean taste. The alcohol content is low and the drink is over in a flash. The momentary feeling of summer is also very much like the arrival of summer.
Opened a bottle of the rumored Sentori limited edition. We are looking forward to it.
The aroma was very lactic acidic. It's been a while since I've had something this good. The gasiness is very slight.
The sweetness and acidity are quite strong. Of course, the acidity is strong, but the sweetness is also very strong.
But it is still very acidic and finishes with a squeaky sourness.
This is a bottle for those who like lactic acidity and sourness. You can drink it little by little all the time without getting tired of it.
I thought, "I've had this somewhere before..." It's Kabutowushi! It's almost that time of year.
The perfect muscat. I have never really compared it to a fruit, but this is definitely a muscat. The combination of the crispness of the alcohol and the pleasant tartness of the fruit gives it the name FUZZY GREEN. It is refreshing. I like the fact that the label is stubbornly "Masamune" while still having such a distinctive flavor!
I am writing this while reminiscing about the fun we had a week ago 🤤.
I am writing this as I dwell on the memories 😊.
Umaumaimai came to visit us 🙌🙌!
First of all, Ane-san and I went to Gin-bura (old 😅) and most of the people passing by didn't speak Japanese. There were long lines at luxury brand stores. I guess they are very happy with the weak yen 🤑😚.
First of all, I have to eat a parfait before I get drunk! Ane-san recommended Pierre Marcolini👏.
I actually went to the Pierre Hermé store by mistake, but there was no eat-in space 💦.
So many Pierre's in the store 😆.
This is where the real fun begins: ‼️ We went to the corner shop at Inamaya.
I missed you, Abe-chan! There were two kinds of sake so we compared 🤭 Junmai and Junmai Ginjo.
I liked the junmai because it had a sweet and sour aftertaste. The junmai ginjo was a bit dry. I would definitely recommend junmai ginjo as a food sake.
Thank you very much for your hospitality, Yukachin 😊It was very nice... Pierre was delicious, I got some good pictures of Imaya and silver bra, and all the 📷 interesting things 👍✨.
It is slightly slightly carbonated. The alcohol content is low and you would expect it to be light, but it has a sweetness that gives the rice a strong flavor and is very drinkable. It is more suitable for a pleasant summer evening than for the heat of midsummer.
I didn't expect it to be released again this year! No. 1 in the nigori/sparkling category last season! (*My own research)
It took 5 minutes to open and close the screw when opening the bottle.
The aroma was muscat, melon and banana. Nice aroma. The gasiness is a bit gaseous.
The sweetness is impressive on the first day, and the acidity is dominant on the second day. Both are great.
The acidity is followed by an astringent taste, and the end result is like after eating citrus!
It's great again this year! I'm already drinking the kuikui! I'm getting drunk!
Good morning, disry 😃.
I haven't had it this year 🥲 but I remember drinking it after the January break and killing it instantly with how good it was 😋 so... not sure about the taste change on day 2 😆.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌇.
You're right, this would kill me in an instant 😎.
I can't drink that much myself, so I drink a little at a time, but it was hard to contain myself, haha... 😮💨
Houou Mida looks like I had not seen much of it. I like Black Phoenix and it looks delicious when black. The floral and fruity feel is like a Mita, with a gentle sourness that is sharp. However, as time goes by, the sourness disappears and it is quite a mild sweet and refreshing type. It is delicious. It is a sake to be enjoyed on its own, not with food.
Home drinking.
The label is by pencil artist Yuriko Terasaki.
100% Omachi
After opening the bottle, no aroma is detected. When you put your nose close to it, you can smell a slight cemedine-like odor.
The color is a very light amber. It is clear and beautiful.
In the mouth, there is no sense of cemedine, and it soaks in smoothly. A vague sweetness oozes out of the flavor. I wonder if it is the sweetness of rice 🤔.
There was a sourness in the first bite, but I didn't feel it from the third sip. Strange.
The mouthfeel is smooth and translucent. It is like this that permeates the whole body 😚.
The feeling of a smooth taste in the mouth after swallowing is very sake-like and satisfying. ⤴️
It is classic and not flashy, but not flirtatious. I could feel the accumulated time and dignity of sake brewing 🍶.
Open a bottle to reward yourself for being exhausted after a hard day's work.
This is a bottle of Kaze no Mori ALPHA TYPE 6 2023, made with Akitsuho O'Shinsei Brewery's No. 6 yeast.
Kaze no Mori ALPHA TYPE 6: Homage to No. 6 2023
In addition to the slight effervescence that is typical of Kaze no Mori, it has a beautiful acidity and a smooth flavor after swallowing.
Although it is different from the taste of Shinmasa Sake Brewery, this is delicious!
Rice polishing ratio: 70% (100% Akitsuho)
Alcohol content: 14%.
It's still cold, but it feels like spring. Has it been a long time since Senkou itself? I don't have such a good memory of taste that I can remember last year's sakura, but I think I like it better than last year's. It has a good balance of sourness and sweetness, which is typical of Sentori, and is easy to drink. Even when intertwined with ori, it is pleasant because the clarity of the flavor remains.

Sparkling with wine🍷 yeast
Anticipation rises with a bottle of orikara
The bottle was opened in a calm and relaxed manner
When I poured it, it was still shrieking.
Fruity, with a mix of sourness and sweetness
It was like a sparkling wine!
I had it with a pot of hot pot, but it might also go well with pizza 🍕😁.
but it might also go well with pizza 😁.
600 for home drinking
Good morning, Harry 😃.
I haven't had it this year, but it's definitely a delicious foul drink 😋 and the pizza 🍕 is perfect!
Is it 600 for drinking at home: ㊗️
Good evening, Jaynobi 🌆.
I got Tochigi sake, oh, and pizza 🍕.
It was gone before I had a chance to drink it😅
I've been keeping a low profile on the home drinking count so as not to disturb you guys, but I'm no match for you Jay😅.
Harry, congratulations on 600 check-ins for drinking at home: 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I've been thinking about it for a while but haven't tried it yet 💦I'll have it with a 🍕 when I do 😁.
I paired it with ehoumaki and oysters.
The sake of this brewery, which produces sake with a high rice polishing ratio, has a rice flavor and a bran-like smell, and is rich and powerful.
The 12% alcohol content is so much more than this! It has a great drinking experience. You can taste the rice flavor. It is an interesting wine with a slight effervescence, unique acidity, and umami that I have never tasted before. It is a little expensive. However, I personally don't like it, and it gives me a headache. Maybe it's just my body constitution, but it happens sometimes. I don't drink as much as a hangover, but sometimes I get a headache in the middle of drinking. It might be my physical condition. I think the drink itself has a great finish.
I almost 100% buy Oumine when I find it. Recently, I have had many opportunities to encounter good sweet sake, and my image of its taste has been leaning toward that type, but once again, I have the impression that the taste of Omine this time is more complex, with a hint of acidity among those tastes. It is truly amazing that as one's taste preferences become clearer and clearer, the world of sake is not only narrowing but also expanding its depth within that realm.
I have always liked Izumo Fuji, but this Junmai Daiginjo unfiltered raw green sake lacks a little liveliness and strength. I would like to see a little more sake power.
This is the raw sake you are looking for. This is the highest level of sake, so fresh and dense that it feels lively and slightly effervescent, but not heavy at all.
Happiness at a price in the 2000 yen range.
New Year's Eve is in Bubbles Tanaka. It blew me away quite a bit...I wonder if the D is for dry. We were able to enjoy sake successfully in 2023, but what about 2024? I am now ready to reset myself for the new year so that I can enjoy good sake and good food again this year. This year, from New Year's Day, the future has been full of uncertain events, but I believe that the only thing humanity can do is to hang in there, so let's all do our best and help each other out.
