I think I am getting so used to the taste of Omine that I am forgetting how to taste it. There are both Yamadanishiki and Dewa Sanzan, but to be honest, I don't know that much about the individual flavors of each.
All of them are delicious, so that's fine, but I think it would be better to taste them more properly.
