I bought at a restaurant I had wanted to go in for a while. I enjoyed listening to the explanation of the sake while there were many people standing around drinking, and it made me want to come back to this store. The clerk told me that it tasted like pineapple, and it did indeed taste like pineapple.
When I drank it three days after opening the package, the pineapple flavor faded slightly and the spiciness of the aftertaste remained. It is a sake for summer.
It's all delicious now.

I tasted a few hiyaoroshi from several breweries and this was my favorite.
Hiyaoroshi is said to mature and become more tasty as it gets closer to winter, and you can enjoy the change in flavor depending on when it is shipped.
I'm also looking forward to the hiyaoroshi that's about to come out 🙌
It's got a strong sweetness to it, like golden sugar.
It was delicious with a gorgeous aroma and fresh rice flavor.
They call the unfiltered raw sake Munage. LOL!
