I tasted a few hiyaoroshi from several breweries and this was my favorite.
Hiyaoroshi is said to mature and become more tasty as it gets closer to winter, and you can enjoy the change in flavor depending on when it is shipped.
I'm also looking forward to the hiyaoroshi that's about to come out 🙌
