Sake seems to be used as part of the brewing water, and it has an extremely sweet taste reminiscent of koji amazake.
It was too sweet to continue drinking as is, so we started drinking it on the rocks or with carbonated water.
The koji aroma, softly sweet and sour, similar to the green plum of plum wine, and
I also feel a hint of bitterness😌.
We enjoyed it with spicy curry 😋.
