My Favourite Japanese Salmon. I love Senkou so much that when I buy it, I keep it in the fridge for a while. It was easier to buy this year than last, under the wonderful philosophy that sake breweries are responsible for distribution. Onyanma? Stag beetles? There were no such things. The snowman is something I look forward to every year. Last year's snowman was a bit of a disappointment. But this year, I'm not so sure. Opening the bottle. The aroma is fresh and grassy. The supernatant has a clean sweet and sour taste. I could drink it all the time with the clarity. Mix in the lees. It's juicy. The sweetness is thick. The familiar acidity and gassiness of the sweetness is chopped up. Oh, it's delicious. I wouldn't give it to anyone.

I reconfirmed the familiar brand. I bought it together with Miya Kanbai which I drank the other day. It was my first time to try the classic Kame-no-o. The Omachi was very good, so I had high expectations. Open the bottle. It's a little mild. I thought the lactic acidity would be more intense. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the sourness that is typical of Senkou. But after that, the flavor and aroma don't chase you too much. It is gentle from beginning to end. It sounds good to say that it is well-balanced. Is it because it is Kame-no-o? Is it still a little hard? It's a bit of a letdown from what I expected from Omachi, but I'm hoping it will change after a little time, and I'll have another glass tomorrow.

My turn to scavenge for trendy sake is over, so it's been a while since I've had a familiar sake. It's been a really long time since I had anything other than Miya Kanbai's seasonal sake. Opening the bottle. It has a soft scent of flowers. The label says it's a sake that brings spring to your heart, and it certainly does. It's been getting more autumnal lately, but it feels like spring at once. It has a soft sweetness, and a beautiful taste without any miscellaneous flavors that are typical of Junmai Daiginjo. And it has a sweet and round aroma. To be honest, this sake is impeccable in my opinion. I am satisfied to be able to reconfirm the quality of my favorite.

Beer x Sake Delicious food x delicious food It's absolutely delicious. The bottle was opened with a crown. It's already beer from here. The type that doesn't allow you to leave any leftovers. It is pink when poured. It looks beautiful. When you take a sip, it has a hoppy flavor and bitterness at first. And then it's sour. After that, there is a fruity sweetness and a little lactic acidity, which is not possible in beer. It's a good combination. It's low alcohol, so it's easy to drink. It's delicious. This is an invention. The cost is not so good, but if I see it again, I will buy it. I drank it as a beer-like sake, so I used a wine glass. It was the right choice because I didn't feel like gulping it down, but it would have been interesting to try it in a glasskin.

We took a day off and went to Disneyland. This was my older son's second time and my younger son's first time at Disney. We used to go to Disneyland every two months before my son was born, but childcare and Corona made it difficult for me to go. I was surprised to see it had changed after 2 years. I was amazed at the quality of the new area. We missed the lottery for the new attraction, but we were happy with it. My eldest son became a child who can only ride the Western River Railroad after Big Thunder Mountain broke his heart. But three more popcorn refills is probably too much. So, family service? (My hobby?) The third Hokuriku Sake Study Group after coming home from the Haneya that I was curious about. The aroma of apple. Light sweetness and crisp acidity. A slight piquancy. I wondered if it would linger longer, but a faint bitterness ends the lingering taste. Oh? The drink goes on and on. It is a sake that makes you want to drink it one after another. It is very delicious. I thought I was writing this post while I was drinking, but... He was so tired that he fell asleep on the sofa.

I wanted to try a bottle with a sake rating of +10 or higher, so I bought it at Kissho Select in Sagamiono. Personally, I think the +15 sake level is good enough for me to drink it, even though it's 15 degrees. The specs are Rice used: Akita, Gin-san from Yuzawa City Rice polishing rate = 60% to 50%. Alcohol content = 15.8 Sake meter value = +15 Acidity = 1.4 Amino acidity =... Yeast=Sexy Yamamoto Yeast (From the brewery's and Fukuraiya's websites) The fugu, wasabi and edamame that I bought on my way home from a graveside service? Tea beans? with a snack. It goes well with fugu. It seems to kill instantly as well as the hiyaoroshi of the Shoryu (((((((((((((((((;))))

My first bottle of Miyoshikiku. I didn't buy it on the cover, but all the labels of this brewery are very good. The aroma of the bottle is tropical. Pineapple. It has the expected pineapple flavor in the mouth. It is easy to drink. The acidity is strong and the sweetness is strong. The taste is not typical for Omachi, but it has the same intensity of taste as Omachi. The crispness is rather good and there is not much bitterness left in it. It tastes almost like a reproduction of a pineapple. It can't be bad. I wonder if this kind of drink is popular in Shikoku, like the Katsuragi cel24 I drank before. Walk on the wild side. And a pretty cool word shines on the jacket, but The taste is not wild, but refined. The kind that even if you're not used to drinking it, you'll be fine. I'd like another label.

I was looking for a refreshing, summery, fizzy drink. I hadn't been looking for a few liquor stores, so I thought I was late to the party, but I found it at a new restaurant. Opening the bottle took a very long time. About 15 minutes. The weave got tangled up, no need to tangle it up. The aroma is milky dry. In the mouth, it's sizzling milky as expected. The sweetness comes with a pop and instantly leaves like a pop. The aftertaste is hot and bitter. Good good. Tastes like what I was hoping for. It's like a cocktail, partly because of the low alcohol content. But, well, this kind of liquor doesn't exceed my expectations. It's just what I expected. But it's okay. That's the way it should be.
