I reconfirmed the familiar brand.
I bought it together with Miya Kanbai which I drank the other day.
It was my first time to try the classic Kame-no-o.
The Omachi was very good, so I had high expectations.
Open the bottle.
It's a little mild.
I thought the lactic acidity would be more intense.
When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the sourness that is typical of Senkou.
But after that, the flavor and aroma don't chase you too much.
It is gentle from beginning to end. It sounds good to say that it is well-balanced.
Is it because it is Kame-no-o?
Is it still a little hard?
It's a bit of a letdown from what I expected from Omachi, but I'm hoping it will change after a little time, and I'll have another glass tomorrow.

After a few days, the taste seems to have opened up a bit, but nothing too dramatic.
It is good to drink with a meal. Especially with meat. The impression is that it is more like a food wine.
