My Favourite Japanese Salmon.
I love Senkou so much that when I buy it, I keep it in the fridge for a while.
It was easier to buy this year than last, under the wonderful philosophy that sake breweries are responsible for distribution.

Last year's snowman was a bit of a disappointment. But this year, I'm not so sure.

The aroma is fresh and grassy.
The supernatant has a clean sweet and sour taste.
I could drink it all the time with the clarity.
Mix in the lees. It's juicy.
The sweetness is thick. The familiar acidity and gassiness of the sweetness is chopped up.
Oh, it's delicious.
I wouldn't give it to anyone.
