Today is my second son's slightly early birthday party. We bought a cake and the standard for celebrations is hand-rolled sushi. I cooked rice and made sushi rice. We took a day off and went to Disneyland. This was my older son's second time and my younger son's first time at Disney. We used to go to Disneyland every two months before my son was born, but childcare and Corona made it difficult for me to go. I was surprised to see it had changed after 2 years. I was amazed at the quality of the new area. We missed the lottery for the new attraction, but we were happy with it. My eldest son became a child who can only ride the Western River Railroad after Big Thunder Mountain broke his heart. But three more popcorn refills is probably too much. So, family service? (My hobby?) The third Hokuriku Sake Study Group after coming home from the Haneya that I was curious about. The aroma of apple. Light sweetness and crisp acidity. A slight piquancy. I wondered if it would linger longer, but a faint bitterness ends the lingering taste. Oh? The drink goes on and on. It is a sake that makes you want to drink it one after another. It is very delicious. I thought I was writing this post while I was drinking, but... He was so tired that he fell asleep on the sofa.

I wanted to try a bottle with a sake rating of +10 or higher, so I bought it at Kissho Select in Sagamiono. Personally, I think the +15 sake level is good enough for me to drink it, even though it's 15 degrees. The specs are Rice used: Akita, Gin-san from Yuzawa City Rice polishing rate = 60% to 50%. Alcohol content = 15.8 Sake meter value = +15 Acidity = 1.4 Amino acidity =... Yeast=Sexy Yamamoto Yeast (From the brewery's and Fukuraiya's websites) The fugu, wasabi and edamame that I bought on my way home from a graveside service? Tea beans? with a snack. It goes well with fugu. It seems to kill instantly as well as the hiyaoroshi of the Shoryu (((((((((((((((((;))))

My first bottle of Miyoshikiku. I didn't buy it on the cover, but all the labels of this brewery are very good. The aroma of the bottle is tropical. Pineapple. It has the expected pineapple flavor in the mouth. It is easy to drink. The acidity is strong and the sweetness is strong. The taste is not typical for Omachi, but it has the same intensity of taste as Omachi. The crispness is rather good and there is not much bitterness left in it. It tastes almost like a reproduction of a pineapple. It can't be bad. I wonder if this kind of drink is popular in Shikoku, like the Katsuragi cel24 I drank before. Walk on the wild side. And a pretty cool word shines on the jacket, but The taste is not wild, but refined. The kind that even if you're not used to drinking it, you'll be fine. I'd like another label.

I was looking for a refreshing, summery, fizzy drink. I hadn't been looking for a few liquor stores, so I thought I was late to the party, but I found it at a new restaurant. Opening the bottle took a very long time. About 15 minutes. The weave got tangled up, no need to tangle it up. The aroma is milky dry. In the mouth, it's sizzling milky as expected. The sweetness comes with a pop and instantly leaves like a pop. The aftertaste is hot and bitter. Good good. Tastes like what I was hoping for. It's like a cocktail, partly because of the low alcohol content. But, well, this kind of liquor doesn't exceed my expectations. It's just what I expected. But it's okay. That's the way it should be.
