Sweet and tender, as if the plums in honey were juiced as is. Thick. When eaten with chocolate, they enhance each other's sweetness and are delicious! I've never had sake based plum wine before. I've never had sake based plum wine before, and I've heard that it's also delicious poured over vanilla ice cream, so I'd like to enjoy this sake in different ways at different times.
