Tasted at the sake tour at Kintetsu Department Store. Following Misato Nishiki was Akita Sake Komachi. It seemed to have a more robust flavor than the Misato Nishiki, but at the tasting level, the difference was basically too subtle to be noticeable. Therefore, we did not buy it. I was told that Gin no Sei's unfiltered unpasteurized sake was made with cherry blossom yeast, so I bought this one. I bought this one. The young lady was very nice. I had been passing it up until now, but I thought I would stop by when I came to the department store 😊.

Tasted at the sake tour at Kintetsu Department Store. I thought A-Sakura was my favorite type of sake, but I haven't had it since Ringo-chan😅. I asked the brewer what is the sweetest one. I asked the brewer what is the sweetest one. The fruity and refreshing sweetness made me think of Yukino Kayasha. I didn't buy it because it lacks decisive power.

This is Ms. Maido... I went there too, but I was afraid of the new color, so I only went to the place I wanted to go and left quickly. I was afraid of the spiciest one. It was the spiciest one!

Shinjou-san, here's my first question 🙋. The exact opposite question from mine 😁. Did you buy a cup of sake?

Every time I'm in the area, I'm always in the mood for a new cup. I bought 7 of them, many good ones for cups. I chose a dry one, a colored one and a pretty one. I don't drink much, so it's a small capacity that helps!

I went to the sake tour at Kintetsu Department Store. From the beginning, I had my eye on mother-of-pearl. I thought about buying this one because it was reasonably priced, but I decided to go with the activated nigori and the slightly more expensive junmai ginjo because they are similar in type to the Tamagawa I'm drinking now 😋. It has a rich, slightly caramelized sweetness. Tamagawa? is tropical, but the weight is similar, so I thought it might be a little tough. They had a variety of bottles, but I think most of them were expensive. 300ml bottles were also available, so there was a lot of choice. You had fire-roasted and fresh, all lined up in the fridge. When I got home and drank Tamagawa and Reijin, I wondered if Reijin was more like Hadeshiki.

Good evening, bouken-san 🌛You went on a sake tour as planned 🍶I also checked out bouken-san's sake here, Junmai Ginjo 😁On Friday, I didn't get to hear much about it because he was a salesman, not a brewer😅.

Good evening, Mr. Nemuchi 🌃 I couldn't go on Saturday so I went on Sunday, but there were a few items that were sold out in the other warehouses 😥. There was a lady there to help me, but I couldn't tell if she was from the warehouse or not😅.

Purchased at Kintetsu Department Store event, Sake Tour. I compared it with Junmai Ginjo and was impressed with this one, so I bought it. Fresh and citrusy? It is sweet at the beginning, but the sweetness and umami come in the second half of the bottle. I have to admit that I've only seen Hyo Hyohi at department store events. Apparently, the brewery that makes the sake is in Awa City, which is different from the address on the label.

To be honest, I couldn't taste it because I opened it after finishing the gyoza party (after drinking a lot of beer), but it left a fruity impression. I left a little bit, so I would like to taste it next time. By the way, the gyoza is Maruoka's gyoza which is headquartered in Miyakonojo, Miyazaki. It's crispy and delicious, so if you have a restaurant nearby, please try it.

On July 17th, I drank a small amount of the remaining bottle as a midday sake. It was more alcoholic than the last time I drank it, and the sweetness was gone (^o^;).

It was recommended by a shop assistant and I bought it because it was a seasonal product. The rice polishing ratio is 65%, but the taste is clear and uncluttered. The sourness comes first, and then the sweetness. The aftertaste is quite refreshing. The aftertaste is quite refreshing and dry. It was a new type for me. The "Natsu Junmai Nama" is not a fluke. Sake has a lot of depth, doesn't it~( ´~)

Good evening 😃 I like KAGATOBI because it's very cheap and it's a beautiful sake When I'm out and about and I want to drink sake, sometimes convenience stores and supermarkets have KAGATOBI or KAGATEN so I buy it 😁.

Good evening, Tsuyodai-san. It was my first time to drink KAGATOBI, but it was impressive in a good way. I would like to try the regular sake as well. Thank you for your comment.

First Hassen. Oh, it's like this? At the first sip, you can feel the sourness and the sweetness at the same time, but it changes to the spicy taste in a second. To feel the sweetness, you need to roll it around a little in your mouth. If you gulp it down immediately, you will probably get the impression that it is a dry sake with a strong sour taste. It is not my favorite sake, but it has its own character, and I think those who like dry sake will find it easy to drink.

On the way home from drinking at the office, I went to the Depa Basement to taste some sake. I was able to compare three kinds of sake from the same brewery, and this one was the most suitable for me, so I took it home with me. The clerk who explained it to me said that it's a vintage sake that's been aged for a year, which makes it more tender and delicious. I'm sure you'll like it. I'm not going to open it today, but I'm going to drink it slowly on my day off.

We couldn't wait for the holiday and opened this bottle today! It has a spicy feeling that I didn't feel when I tasted it. It also has the tartness that the clerk mentioned. The aftertaste remains strong, so you can enjoy the lingering aftertaste. The acidity was also just right for me. I want to drink it again (^-^)

This is a limited distribution product of Goshin. It doesn't say so, but a search shows that all the Ganao (read as "ano") are unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. It's fresh and juicy, with a bit of gas. A little bitterness at the end. There are many variations of Ganao, so I think I'll give it a try. I often come to the department store.

Maybe it's because it's a Junmai Daiginjo, but it seems a little too mature.

I think it's suitable for drinking while eating. It might be a little assertive during a meal.

I have learned what Yamahai brewing is all about. It's an inefficient production method.... The color of the sake is yellowish. It doesn't have the fruity taste that is popular these days, but you can feel the sweetness and sourness enough. Maybe because I drank it alternately with Kamotsuru, I felt the sweetness more. It tastes like Shaoxing wine.

I bought it at an event at Kintetsu Department Store. It doesn't say so, but the brewer said that it is unfiltered undiluted sake. It is rare to find unfiltered raw sake. I heard that you can only buy the raw version at the event. The rest of the sake is served with fire. I've had other raw versions of kijoshu, but I've never tasted anything like this. It's sweet, but not overly sweet.

I've been to Kintetsu Department Store's Sake Tour several times, but I think I only buy Nara's sake. I wanted to buy many kinds of sake this time, but due to my luggage and budget, I could only buy two bottles.

I've never seen Rashomon sake before, and it was a mid-pack, so I bought it. I was expecting it to be more difficult to drink, but it tastes mainly sweet and savory and is easy to drink. It's easy to drink with a sweet and savory main flavor. In the end, he gets mad with the bitterness.
