Niigata Sake no Jin OSAKA⑥ Koshinohomare, which you may not see very often We drank 90YELLOW Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake 90% rice polishing ratio! It has a punchy taste, but sweet and juicy 😋. I thought Hazuki Minori rice is very rare. It's a very early rice, so they can produce new rice and new sake at this time of the year! Foamy Junmai Sake Awasshu It doesn't have the pickle feeling sometimes found in this kind of sake and is normally easy to drink! Junmai Niigata Namikyo Delicious with a delicious umakuchi taste 😋. Daiginjo-Unfiltered raw sake Niigata limited edition Refreshing and gorgeous, but with a quiet assertiveness. 90YELLOW was out of stock when I arrived and the brewery didn't have it in stock. I bought it 😊. Nemuchi-san was also a big fan of this sake 😁.

bouken, good evening 😁. You drink a lot 😁😍 I drank a cold sake Koshi no Homare the other day at Izakaya 🏮 Akagakiya 👌I was reminded of it by bouken's post! Poured in a bottle but no label! Doshiri punch sweet and juicy 😁.

Good evening, Aochan. I see you can drink it at Akagakiya in Kyoto 😆. I'm a skeptic so I'm nervous without a label 💦.

Niigata Sake-no-jin OSAKA⑤ (Japanese only) Kinshi-Haii Sake Brewery was the only one who brought a sake heater among the participating breweries. We drank Special Honjozo Easy to drink with no unpleasant parts 😋. I think I had it heated the second time! Honjozo Nama Sake It is said to be a raw version of the sold-out Honjozo. Fresh, slightly bitter and chocolatey 😋. Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi More beautiful and less aged than expected. Surprisingly easy to drink! The brewer said the sake was still young. Muramatsu Ginjo Taste perfect with food Jungin Slightly fruity Second time The second time, Mr. Sakeran was with us. Yukikage Special Junmai Clear, clean and tasty! Echigo Toji Brewing Company No. 18 Special Junmai It has a more classic feel than Yukikage, which is nice in contrast. The second time I was allowed to drink the honjozo or special honjozo warmed up 😋. I think I spent the longest time there because he talked so much 🤔. The business card he gave me was the president of the company 😳.

Niigata Sake-no-jin OSAKA④ Tsunan Brewery, another first for us! I drank Tsunan Golden Junmai Strong acidity Tsunan Indigo Ginjo More fruity than Koganei Tsunan Beni Junmai Ginjo Different from the other two. GO PIN Bottle DOLCE Strong acidity and a little sweet GO PIN bottle VINO It also has acidity. Is it more refreshing than Dolce? GO PIN Bottle DINER More gorgeous than the other two, with a strong flavor. Looks like a daiginjo. GO GRANDCLASS Uonuma Koshihikari Edition Unbelievable ginjo aroma for a Koshihikari! I have never tasted Koshihikari like this before! I'm sorry I didn't buy anything since he talked to me quite a bit 🙇.

Niigata Sake-no-jin OSAKA (3) This is my first visit to Yahiko Sake Brewery. I know Koshi no Hakusetsu, which used to be sold at Yamaya, but this is the first time I have seen Yahiko. I drank Koshi-Hakusetsu Yahiko Koshibuki is used. It's a regular sake, but it's sweet and sour and delicious. Junmai (junmai) This one is also sweet and sour, but I preferred the regular sake "Koku". Kunisake Iyahiko Junmai Ginjo The flavor of the rice is very strong. Junmai Daiginjo No. 9 Fruity and gorgeous Yahiko Romantic Umeshu Stronger plum flavor than sweetness I found out later at another booth that the woman who served us at the Yahiko booth was the actual toji (master brewer) of the brewery. Her nameplate said she was a 1st class sake brewing technician, so I thought maybe... 🤔. I heard Yahiko Brewery has abolished the toji system. He said he doesn't have a chance to come to Kansai because both Joetsu Shinkansen and Hokuriku Shinkansen are halfway far away.

Niigata Sake-no-jin OSAKA (2) Sake brewery under O Izumi, a manufacturer of pachislot-related equipment listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard. The Oizumi Group has a chain of izakaya (Japanese style pubs), so maybe this acquisition is aimed at synergy effects? In fact, I heard they serve Myoko-zan at "Kuimonoya Wan". I used to go to an izakaya once, but I only drank highballs😅. I've only had one in the past. I drank Junmai Ginjo Rich Heart Autumn Agari Despite the pop label, it tastes like sake. Junmai Ginjo Myokozan Made with rice cultivated by a master toji, a master craftsman in Niigata. The taste is clean and light, with a delicious rice flavor. Junmai Ginjo Myokayama 88 Delicious with a slightly strong flavor. Junmai Daiginjo The taste is like a good sake and it's delicious. It's a nice box with a rich taste, but it's relatively inexpensive at 2,700 yen. Myoko Blue Blue Hawaii liqueur based on sake. It tastes like shaved ice syrup and is refreshing when mixed with carbonated water. Myoko Plum Wine Good balance of sweetness and pluminess. I was like, "Since it's a good opportunity, I should drink this one too..." and I ended up drinking all of them 😅.

Niigata Sake no Jin OSAKA① I visited Niigata Sake-no-jin OSAKA held at Kintetsu Department Store! I went with Muchi again this time 😊. Last year it was held on a smaller scale at Yodobashi Umeda, but it was just a trial event. I am worried about next year's event because there were not many people even though it was on a Saturday... First of all, let's go to Kubiki Sake Brewery for the first time! We drank Usubeni Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake Fresh, sweet, juicy and delicious! Kasumishu Junmai Ginjyo Nama-genshu Sweet and slightly refreshing Junmai Unfiltered Gohyakumangoku Slightly dry and refreshing Junmai Ginjo Hachitan Nishiki Rich and sweet Overall impression of the brewery is sweet 🤔. They said they only wholesale to local sake stores that explain about their sake properly. He said there is a sake shop in Kansai that is interested in it. After I got home, I remembered that a liquor store in Izumisunagawa used to carry it, but they stopped updating their SNS and their official website disappeared, so I'm not sure what's going on. The brewer clearly said that there are no distributors in the Kansai region...

Purchased during a visit to a sake fair in Tennoji, Osaka last month. The cherry blossoms have long since fallen, but the bottle is finally open. Yatagarasu is often seen in Nara, but not so often outside of the prefecture. This is sake! The aroma is very nice, and the color is a little yellowish. It has the sharpness and dryness characteristic of Nara's local sake. It is full, but the sharpness is more impressive. It has a strong bitterness, so it may not be suitable for sake beginners.

Purchased during a visit to a sake fair in Tennoji, Osaka. At room temperature. Slightly yellowish. Mild with a mild taste. Not too spicy. The aftertaste is neither long nor short. It seems to go well with strong flavored food. The cherry blossoms have already started to fall, but this sake is perfect for cherry blossom viewing.

Sake last purchased at the Kintetsu Department Store's sake tour! It is full-bodied. I guess it's a dry sake with a delicious taste. Personally, I find it easier to drink dry honjozo than dry junmai. I'd like to try Gintagawa, but Niigata Kome doesn't have it in stock, so I guess I'll have to buy it.

I bought this when I visited a sake fair in Tennoji, Osaka. It is a common sake in Nara, but you rarely see it outside the Kansai region. At room temperature. It has a light taste with a mouthfeel between soft and hard water, characteristic of Nara's sake. Slightly dry. The aftertaste is very full, with a hint of umami. The aftertaste is rather short. After the second sip, it gradually mellows out. Perfect for the cherry blossom viewing season.

Purchased at Kintetsu Department Store's Sake Tour. Seems to use Someiyoshino cherry yeast. Fresh and juicy. The acidity is quite strong. It has an atmosphere similar to that of Gojogawa Sakura by Isaoheki, which also uses the same cherry blossom yeast, but it is more refreshing than Isaoheki. The other two I tasted were more fruity, but I felt they were not enough, so I chose this one, but this one has a weak sweetness. If it were a little sweeter and darker, it would have a flavor similar to the Issen Heki, but it's too bad. It would be more similar to the Heki if it were at room temperature. Is it a typical case that "A-Sakura" lacks decisive power? I thought so when I tasted it, but Nemuchi and T.KISO said the same thing 🤣.

I bought a cup of sake from a brewery I don't usually buy from at the sake corner of the Kintetsu Department Store. Taruhira Shuzo has an image of heated sake, but the sake was clear and light, and could be served cold without any problems. It is an easy-drinking cup of sake that does not feel too spicy or sake-like. There is no ginjo aroma and it does not taste like a daiginjo. It has a delicious rice flavor and a unique and distinctive taste. I would like to try the Yukimukae namaishu that was sold at the Hankyu Department Store's Sake Brewer's Festival.

Purchased at Kintetsu Department Store's Sake Tour. The label is a sheep kept at the brewery. It has a slight sweetness, and is full, rich, and powerful. It has a strong richness. It might be good if it is laid down. There are graininess and nutty nuances. I guess it's normal for a good price. I didn't buy Yamahai because I didn't want the similar taste to continue, but Yamahai might have been better... It's the third day, but I think it's getting sweeter and tastier than the first day.

I bought it at a sake shop in Kintetsu Department Store. I can't read "mother-of-pearl" 🤣I heard it is read as "Uzume", but if you type "den" for mother-of-pearl in your phone, it will come up 😁. If I lived a normal life, I would never use this kanji 😅. I got the impression it's a pineapple with a bit of bitterness 🍍. It was sweeter when I tasted it, so maybe it's sweeter after some time, but it's 500ml and I can't wait that long 🤣. Maybe the aroma is a bit peculiar.

Tasted at the sake tour at Kintetsu Department Store. Following Misato Nishiki was Akita Sake Komachi. It seemed to have a more robust flavor than the Misato Nishiki, but at the tasting level, the difference was basically too subtle to be noticeable. Therefore, we did not buy it. I was told that Gin no Sei's unfiltered unpasteurized sake was made with cherry blossom yeast, so I bought this one. I bought this one. The young lady was very nice. I had been passing it up until now, but I thought I would stop by when I came to the department store 😊.

Tasted at the sake tour at Kintetsu Department Store. I thought A-Sakura was my favorite type of sake, but I haven't had it since Ringo-chan😅. I asked the brewer what is the sweetest one. I asked the brewer what is the sweetest one. The fruity and refreshing sweetness made me think of Yukino Kayasha. I didn't buy it because it lacks decisive power.

I went to the sake tour at Kintetsu Department Store. From the beginning, I had my eye on mother-of-pearl. I thought about buying this one because it was reasonably priced, but I decided to go with the activated nigori and the slightly more expensive junmai ginjo because they are similar in type to the Tamagawa I'm drinking now 😋. It has a rich, slightly caramelized sweetness. Tamagawa? is tropical, but the weight is similar, so I thought it might be a little tough. They had a variety of bottles, but I think most of them were expensive. 300ml bottles were also available, so there was a lot of choice. You had fire-roasted and fresh, all lined up in the fridge. When I got home and drank Tamagawa and Reijin, I wondered if Reijin was more like Hadeshiki.

Purchased at Kintetsu Department Store event, Sake Tour. I compared it with Junmai Ginjo and was impressed with this one, so I bought it. Fresh and citrusy? It is sweet at the beginning, but the sweetness and umami come in the second half of the bottle. I have to admit that I've only seen Hyo Hyohi at department store events. Apparently, the brewery that makes the sake is in Awa City, which is different from the address on the label.

To be honest, I couldn't taste it because I opened it after finishing the gyoza party (after drinking a lot of beer), but it left a fruity impression. I left a little bit, so I would like to taste it next time. By the way, the gyoza is Maruoka's gyoza which is headquartered in Miyakonojo, Miyazaki. It's crispy and delicious, so if you have a restaurant nearby, please try it.
